Cool idea!

I really like the strategic gameplay, not only do you have to keep count of your resources, the positioning of the modules is also extremly important.

One thing I am conficted about is that circuit producer needs a circuit to be built. You don't get this module right away, so it's easy to assume, that you get circuits from other ships, or something like that, and spend all your circuits leading to a softlock.

Other then that - great game!

Thank you very much for playing and for your feedback!

You do in fact get the first circuit producer for free, which I tried to communicate in the in-game prompts, but as this has been a recurring feedback I haven't made it clear enough.

really nice, it gives me raft vibes but with a nicer theme :)

Very nice game in only 48h. It needs some more balance and also a bit more challenges, but it is an enjoyable game ! As other comments say, I don't see the link between the theme and the game, and it is only when a read some description that I understood why there were some strange issue (e.g., cannot link some modules). So really a nice game, too bad it do not fit well the theme

This has a classic Flash game addictiveness; it kept me playing for longer than I thought I would. It's surprisingly well-fleshed out. Buuuut, it doesn't adhere to the jam's theme that well at all.

Like the game.
Thought it is as always very easy to get op. Also you could work on presentation. The use of theme is stretched.
But the gameplay was very fun. These type of game always rock.

Cool job! Very interesting TD game turned out

Very nice game, especially considering you made it in 48 hours! But connection to the theme is a bit tenuous.

Super neat space building game, and very impressive that you managed to pull this off during the jam, with an incredible degree of polish! From playing it wasn't totally clear how it fit the theme, but it does make sense with the description. It would probably be out of scope for a game jam, but I do think introducing the concepts more slowly - especially adding each resource 1 by 1 - would be very helpful.

It is a pretty fun game and also looks very appealing, but I have to say, that I didn't get the connection to the Jam's Theme until looking at your answer to that question. But it's still a nice game I enjoy playing.

I really love the gameplay and how you used a "roll of the dice" to mean rng. i wish the text speed and more time to prepare before being shot at. other than that, good job!

Ha, I love it! Got really drawn to ship building and strategising around how to place what where :)

The game is very nice and enjoying, tho I admit I did not play very far. But I  agree that it doesn't really fit the jams theme

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing!

Yea, in the end I didn't get as far on the modules randomly breaking by dice rolls as I hoped, so in the end it only loosely fits the theme by the thoughts and concepts being there.

great game, just having things on random is not that great of a fit for the theme imo, but I enjoyed playing it and the idea is really cool

Thanks a lot for playing!

Yea, I originally intended to make the whole failure states of modules a core part of the game, but in the end it is only sort of half implemented and not yet a core part of the gameplay, so in the end it unfortunately only loosely fits the theme indeed.

This game is very satisfying. The feel of the game is on point. Though the way it fits the theme of the jam is a bit of a stretch, it makes up for it through the enjoyment of the gameplay.

Lack of circuit producers can slightly softlock the game, this could potentially be fixed by not needing a circuit to build a new circuit producer.

This is an overall fun game!

Thanks a lot for playing and leaving feedback!

You get the first circuit producer for free, I tried to communicate it through the prompt when you unlock it, but communicated it well enough.

You don't seem to have a game linked to your comment, if you have a game you'd like me to play and rate, let me know!

The bits of ore drifting past and the miner arms reaching out to grab them are very satisfying.  You could just as easily have had the miners generate resources invisibly, but I like that you added that visual element.

Unfortunately, I used up all of my circuit boards before building a circuit producer, which seems like it should be a major problem since basically everything requires circuits, including the circuit producer.  Fortunately, it let me build one anyways?

Thanks a lot for playing and for your feedback! Yea, you can build your first circuit producer for free, I tried to communicate it in the prompt when you unlock it, but as it is a common feedback it might be a bit unclear.

Damn! You nailed it!
