The constant freezing was both awful and great. Good way of mixing it into timing based platforming that wasn't too strict, but it also led to a lot of waiting for either recognizing the pattern, and waiting for a good number to move. Also I feel like checkpoints would be very helpful especially on that last stage. I really like this idea if done right, so if you work on it more let me know.

What living with narcolepsy feels like :) Interesting idea, but I wished platforming was a little bit easier to control

Music's pretty loud, art is nice but the gameplay is obnoxious with the constant freezing.

I like the idea, the music is fine but for me a bit too loud. The idea is quite funny and can also be very annoying when you roll a six and are six seconds frozen. It still got me to finish the game, so it  hooked  me.

Very annoying having to freeze every second. Good idea.

Cool Implementation of this mechanic especially when the spikes started coming in. Nice entry!

Playing squid without rules! XD

This is a great idea but I didn't like the fact that you are frozen 50% of the gameplay. Other than that, great music!

I get the idea, and I think it has potential, but at the moment I feels very frustrating to get stuck every few seconds.  Alors being locked in time rarely put me in danger, so it was just an annoyance. If you can work a bit more on this I'm sure you can make something great though!

Visuals look nice. I think the idea is really neat, but the implementation could use some work. There is too much waiting time atm.  The fact that you can play with a controller is a really nice touch though, especially for a platformer.

Nice!

The art style is minimalistic, but thats okay.

The movement feels good, apart from that it could be speeded up and

it would be cool if there was a timer. So you could speedrun the game!

cool mechanic it would be great if you added a timer, could see the game being a fun speed runner

The visuals are quite basic and the game feels like it lacks some sound effects.

The gameplay simply feels like "a platformer but there are times where you are forced to wait", which doesn't feel good at all.

Rolling a "1" for movement is just like rolling a 0 since most of the time, if you try to move from your safe spot, you get killed. And if after your "1", you roll a "6" for the wait time, it just become frustrating.

You are not punished nor rewarded for moving with a short or a long amount of time. So, I simply ended up waiting for a 5 or a 6 every time I wanted to move, which was really boring.

I believe that the idea of having something happen on a dice roll on a platformer could have worked if implemented in another way though.

I agree with this, another idea would be to have different effects based on the roll (instead of the duration changing), such as inverted camera, time sped up or slowed down, reduced vision,  inverted controls, etc.  I had a bit of an issue with the display of the time freeze too, it seems it says "Your turn" before you can actually move so some inputs feel like they get eaten
