The text instructions confused me, but the animation after each round made it way clearer 😊 I feared for my precious fingers with each roll, but managed to defeat the witch! Nice animation and sound effects, congratulations on delivering a quality product!

Visually, it was very well put together, and the music and sound effects were pretty good. The gameplay, however, wasn't really there, as the player had no decisions to make while playing it.

It is a relaxing and simple game. Although I must say that I cannot control the dice or anything  (sounds like 2020 theme). It would be more enjoyable if the player can control the dice somehow and it is harder than just rolling and winning.

Okay, first the elephant in the room: It's a bit boring gameplay-wise having it entirely be RNG. It can work, but you instead need to focus on the emotional experience the same way a movie would.

I won... but didn't feel like I did anything to deserve a "win" and there was nothing that made me care if my character lost fingers. That's not a good sign for this type of game.

The sound design was nice.

The music was good at first but became repetitive and annoying very quickly. I can't stress enough how big of an issue this was. Having to keep listening to it for so long was more of a punishment than losing my fingers.

The voice acting and art was okay.

It was a nice attempt, and I think you'll have something cool if you keep working on this. Right now though, I'm afraid it's hard to say much positive about this game. I just don't feel connected to the gameplay, nor invested in the character's fate.

There's just nothing that really makes me care in this game's current condition. However, I don't think this game is irredeemable. Keep working on it! Figure out a way to make us invested in wanting to win. Make us feel powerless, make us want to beg for the dice to save us from losing our fingers. I want to feel the sensation of rolling the dice as if it's me doing it, not just pressing a button. Make the event of having the finger cut off feel very unpleasant to the player to make sure they don't want to see it happen. Make us feel like we're the one putting our hand out for the knife's punishment. Stir up some big powerful emotions. Then you'll have an incredible interactive experience here. Good luck!

The witch took all but one of my fingers HA. Now for the review, starting with the visuals. The game looks great visually and was very clear. I like the touch of removing the fingers as the game progressed. The game itself is simple and is very much a game of luck which is fine, but it might be cool to add ways for the player to try and manipulate the game. Overall, good work i really enjoyed it.

Thank you so much <3

Great game! Nice art and animations! Maybe you could have added something that might have made the player might have used to roll the dice in his favour! But great game!

BEST OF LUCK:)

Excellent presentation and animations. This also surprised me in that we are not the only dice game with blood in it!

The presentation was stellar, but mechanically I felt so hopeless! The only thing I could do was roll the dice and then pray. This removes all agency from me as a player and all that remains is the pull of the narrative (which this game has!). Giving the player any action beyond rolling would really bring your current experience to the next level.

That was a good test of art and sounds

Great job! I love the overall presentation. The art is great and all the sound too, very impressed you made all the sound on your own (love the rhyming VO at the end XD). I love the touches like the missing fingers and the blood splatter when rolling and how the rolling sound is not always the exact same. As others pointed out there aren't really any decisions to make and I didn't quite understand the goal based on the wording until I won and lost a few rolls. But overall nice job!

The art and music is great. The personality of the witch especially and the game is funny. Its a shame its purely luck based. But the atmosphere is very well made.

I found an edge case. 1 is not a valid quantity, if I have 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 6, it does not accept that I have 1 of values 6.

Hi, thank you for your comment,

We thought thank luck based gameplay could be fun but like I see everyone wants some kind of choice.

Yes 1 is not valid quantity, because group is made by 2 or more

Developer (1 edit)

Hi all, thank you for your comments, this game is a simulation of rolling dice and testing your luck not about choices, game ends in few seconds and it's just a comedy. Have fun !

while the art and audio are good, this game does not feature any gameplay whatsoever. as far as I and 2 other commenters are aware, you just press a button 10 times and win (or sometimes lose, but it doesn't seem to be that probable to lose), since there are no choices for the player to make. not the most exciting game.

The presentation is nice, but there seem to be no choices for the player to make

If there was a way to make choices or in any way or play a game, I couldn't find it. All I could see to do was press the button and see what happens

Really cool art and music!
