Simple but fun - really nice! I might be biased, though, since I made a platformer as well, haha 😅
With some more polish (better sprites, some more game mechanics, etc.) I feel like this could become a really solid standalone game. 💖

This is the best puzzle game I have played so far! I wonder how this did not get more ratings and attraction. I completed all 20 levels and it makes me feel so happy. The controls, the puzzles everything about this game is great! And considering that it was built in only 48 hours is crazy! Very well done!
Awesome game, the level design is so good!!! I had fun on every level. If I were to offer one bit of criticism, is that having the platform switching button of the yellow and orange ones be space messed me up a bit because I'm used to that being the jump button so I would press it sometimes when I wanted to jump lol. Not a big thing though, still had a lot of fun. Would love to see more levels in the future!
This is one of the most top quality games i have seen in this jam. So cool
Nothing too crazy, concept-wise, but it's pretty stylish and fun to play. Some of the jump to switch platforms are a little finnicky and could probably do with a bit more spacing, and it's a little weird they come after the space to switch platforms, but everything's very solid all around.
When you do eventually expand on the game post-jam, it'd be cool to see some other mechanics, like a wall jump. That could be fun with the jump to switch platforms. Maybe platforms that are dangerous in one state and safe in another? Lot of cool ideas here!
Cool idea. I like how simple and challenging it is at the same time.
If you decide continuing, I suggest adding features like coyote time and jump height scaling from how long jump is pressed and other small things that make platformers feel a bit more forgiving and responsive. Because some times it felt a bit restricting and hard to time jumps perfectly.
But overall, I enjoyed it and idea itself is really worth exploring more in the future. I wish you luck!
Overall a really nice game :)
I like the mechanics, and how you managed to build the levels with such a nice difficulty curve. The plataforms that change whenever you jump are my favorite once, I think I just like combining mechanics like this, since it gives you something more to think about. The art style is also nice, simple yet very clear.
Since you mentioned you want to keep working on it after the jam, I'll just add my two cents. I think you could add more different types of plataforms, maybe ones that get larger or smaller the longer you stand on them, or plataforms that you must not touch. Also you could clean up the color scheme even more then, so there is just one color associated with each type of plataform.
By the way I also made a platformer, but instead of the platforms, you change size. I would also appreciate some feedback if you have the time :)
Very polished, the visuals all look nice, and good menus.
All the levels had a good ramping difficulty except for Level 16, for me, because there felt like an awkward jump you had to do at the end. I would have also liked it if the jump was a little more forgiving, like letting me jump .2 seconds after walking off a platform.
The platforms that scaled when you jumped was my favorite mechanic, added a small puzzle element to the game and made me feel smart even if all the solutions were straightforward.
Overall a great job!
5/5 man you should do polished full version
so much potential like bounces, bullets that put platforms and so on
the only thing would be nice if the centre of the platform would be displayed to understand where you need to stand, sometimes you forget and fall down
I've never played a platformer quite like this one. The platforms changing size definitely had me tripped up and was difficult, but I liked the challenge. Keep making more! 😁
I played through the game in one go, keep making levels and upload it somewhere. The only downside I can mention is that the jump doesn't depend on holding the button, and you have to jump with W instead of Space, which switches platforms. It's a bit confusing, but the game is still great!
