I love the Mario 64 inspiration! I was having a lot of trouble following the player until they got stuck inside one of the little houses lol. Fun game really creative idea :)

Nice idea! The gameplay is nice and the music fits really well :) Seems surprisingly polished despite the 48h limit

Really love the late 90s art style, very cute and well made! The concept is pretty interesting, though seems like you could explore the mechanics slightly more as the gameplay now is pretty basic. I totally get that it's hard to get things done in 48 hours though :), I'm pretty impressed with what you managed to do in such short time.

Love this idea. i have never thought of playing as a camera!!!

i hope during the process director can ask the player to make some features(can be screenshot) or other special task. Also, during the recording, something like accidents could happen, which makes the player switch the subect.

There are too many possibilities  in this mechanic. Thank u.

I absolutely love this game!!! It's like Mario 64 but you play as Lakitu!! I love the GameCube-esque graphics and overall asthetic, I love the music, it's super fun to follow the character around and make sure you're staying at the right distance and angle, overall an excellent entry!! I think this may be my favorite so far :)

Edit: Sorry, in my hype I forgot to mention - I found a glitch where I got stuck inside a cave :(

game concept is really wonderful!

Nice and simple game. Got stuck in a cave for a while but besides that everything's fine

Wow, the concept is so good !!

I've always wanted to play as Lakitu from Super Mario 64!

I like the concept, but would find it difficult to find the player sometimes if they got off camera. Perhaps a minimap of the level which shows his position in the world would've been a helpful too, The range of how close the camera needs to be could've used some work too. Otherwise great job!

Really cool idea and I love the cute art style too! Honestly was fun just following this fella around with a camera.

This is such cool idea ! It almost felt like pokémon snap was dropped into a blender with Ape Escape. I like it, well done ! :) Thank you for making this.

Very creative and original idea - I loved it!

Very creative with the theme! Just a small issue though, where the character gets stuck in cave entrances. Other than that, great execution.

Nice idea, camera probably should start out facing the player or have some kind of indicator showing where the player is as I lost them quite a bit, especially inside caves. Overall pretty fun though.

Cool idea -- It fits the theme nicely, I liked the style and your music. I felt bad for viewers who had to stare at grass for several minutes while I looked for the player. lol

Good job getting it done in 48 hours!

Interesting idea, liked it. But my character got stuck in a cave

Finaly we can play Lakitu for real.

You can add a different color an square for "too close" , "no subject" ...
But nice game

Cool little game! I like the old-school aesthetic. I found the game to be a little bit too easy---once I found the "Good" distance I had no trouble maintaining it, except when the player was in a cave, which made things considerably more difficult. I also had the player get stuck against a wall in one of the houses, which allowed me to complete the rest of the level for free, so there might be some work to do on the player's pathing. Nice work on this!
