How does your game fit the theme?
In blobs, your objective is to join together and save as many blobs as you can. This, however, has consequences. If you want to escape, you will also need to break those connections in order to go through the levels, and play by joining up and breaking down your blobls.

Beautifol concept, made me wanna be a blop, love da music, here are some notes that I took while playing, sorry if rude
there is no animation for the blop that is shouted during its fly
When blob collected cell keps showing blobs inside but actually empty :c may change sprite?

I liked the visuals. So puzzles were quite good, for example sooting few blobs from you, to be smaller. But I was quite confused in the start, when I collect blobs out of a box, the box looked still full.
But once again the art style was really nice. Only thing that I would change is color of the background from grey to maybe more green grey, so it doesn't look too "default".
Edit: But I get, that it is just 48 hour game and this are really small things, so it is ok.
Very neat concept. You could definitely elaborate on this concept in the future. Your art was good too. All in all very nice.
I looove the art direction for this game! The core mechanic was also really neat, I'd love to see the blob made into a more softbody-esque creature that leave a trail where he climbs and bounces around, but that's just a thought and not really necessary for this to be a blast hahah
As some others have mentioned, the controls weren't the easiest to play with, there were a number of points where they felt a bit unresponsive or overly sensitive. However, there's a lot to this game that would do great if you keep to it and keep going forwards post-jam! I'd love to see it put out

The art and sound fx were great! The controls were a bit tough to use (wall jumping to the opposite direction felt wacky, and the de-acceleration was a bit too slow.

Great job! Love the art and humorous sound design. It was fun discovering the implications of having and not having the blobs. Should definitely polish it up and ship it out.
Really cute art! Poor lil blobs need to be FREE! The controls were pretty twitchy and could be dialed back a lil bit but otherwise nice entry!

I really like idea of you leaving behind partners as you change how big you are. I like that you could shoot your slime and use it open pressure plates. I thought the game was a bit slippery, but other than that, pretty good.
Those blobs are so cute I love it.
The controls were a bit difficult but I really like the game design with how the blob gets bigger and how it needs to shoot small pieces of it self to get through small gaps.
