Maybe it was the ending that I got, but I found it disturbing.  The technical part was pretty much well done, but I am not into that type of story.  Have you thought about getting psychiatric help?

Developer

First of all, thank you for playing our game :)
I'm sorry I disturbed you, though :/

I think you got the main ending (if you got the rainbow ending screen, do tell me).

Do you think we should put more trigger warnings?

Now, the story is entirely built on the theme of the jam: everything that happens prepare the disturbing scenes.
But yeah, it's not a wholesome story at all (if you want, I can explain it to you).

As for getting psychiatric help, I'm really fine ^^ (so are Choléra and Mallek, who helped with the story).

Really cool game, the last act was a neat use of the theme and mechanics! It'd be interesting to play a longer version of this. Nice job!

Developer

I'm really glad you liked our ideas!<3
I'm almost ready to push out a patched version, but I think I won't work more on the game after that, as it's beginning to be a chore to use Bitsy :/
However, it won't be my last game, faaaar from it :3

That's very impressive for a first game to make a game that lasts 10 minutes !
Nice game !

Developer

Thanks a lot!
Yeah, we thought we would have plenty of time :D *submitted game 3 minutes before the end*

Well, we were limited by our inability to code ^^
I'm really glad you enjoyed it :3
There's a second ending, if you want to look for it ;)

Wasn't expecting such a story driven game in a game jam. It was definitely thematically very fitting for the jam and I had a lot of fun playing it : )

Developer

I'm so happy you liked it! :)

I am honestly surprised you managed to make a story this big in such a short amount of time, interesting use of the theme though that's a spoiler so I won't mention it. I like the aesthetic too!

Developer

Waw thanks for the compliments!
Big heart on you !

No problem! Consider checking my game out as well! ^^

Man, I know what it's like to want to kill your parents...

Even though this is more of a movie because you have next to no agency, I liked how it was presented as a game. It makes the story more poignant.

Developer

Yeah ^^'

Thank you!
Bitsy is quite limited, so we did what we could with the constraints :)

Pretty impressive. Although I didn't play through it all, it didn't give me issues once. The storytelling is pretty expressive even though the resolution of the artwork is very small. Nice!

Developer

Thanks!
That's really appreciated <3
