Love the little animations on the character, really sells your core gameplay. Nice!

Developer

Thanks!

Loved the game, been playing for the last 20 minutes trying to beat it! That jump right before the third checkpoint with the moving cloud and spikes was driving me insane, but I managed to make it to the heart afterwards. Nothing happened when I got there though, but I assume that was the end? Good job!

Developer

Oh no, that isn't the end! D: Did you actually activate the checkpoint? You have to jump off the cloud wall next to it.

Submitted

Yeah I did that, I went untill I got to the heart. The jump before the checkpoint was just the hardest section for me. I just realized my comment was a bit confusing, sorry about that.

Developer

Oh, right. Yeah, the heart is the end.

Fun little platformer, that pushes the theme in its own way. it might not be the most original idea but I think it's executed in a good way! Only I wished there was a simple restart button of some sort, because in the beginning I kept stuck in that little area after the first wall by falling of the clouds... Or maybe I just have to get good :D

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, I should have added a restart button. The original idea was that if you fell, you had to climb all the way back up again, without checkpoints, but that felt too hard to design around. Maybe that's why I forgot about a reset button.

Cool game. I like what you were able to do with only one method of input.

Developer

Thanks! Did you actually manage to get to the end?

Submitted

Yeah
