Simple game but I'm sure you learned a bunch making it. It is also a good foundation for further developing or borrowing code later on! Adding an additional state of decay on the building (maybe rubble?) would have been cool.  Good job!

In my opinion, a successful contribution. I mean to remember that you wrote (Discord), that you learned a lot and that matters a lot. A few small changes such as a few particle effects and a few changes to the movement controller (it was possible to walk outside the play area) would be recommended. All in all good job

The textures of the ground and walls looked great, and the movement felt good. The sound effects for the fireball were perfect. Also, a nice touch to have an actual "Quit" button.

A couple of bugs I noted: the 'R' to reset button didn't seem to work (but was able to press Esc -> Restart) and I was able to move through the surrounding walls.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, but in agreement with my fellow commenters, it's just the tip of the iceberg (err, fireball?). For next steps, you might consider exploring NavMeshAgents to create AI that chases down and attacks the player, to give them something to defend themselves against.

Ooh, and for a little extra juice, perhaps have the houses activate an explosion particle effect when destroyed. An epic soundtrack calls for epic action, after all.

You're off to a good start. Keep up that momentum! :D

I enjoyed the literal gameplay, there was a village, I destroyed it.

Needed something extra to really make it a game. Some kind of challenge or something. On the plus side the fireball special effects looked good.

Yeah I mean that's pretty spot on lol.  I realized that pretty late and at that point it was just a time management issue.  And yeah, the biggest thing I kept hearing the past few months was lack of sfx/music so I made sure to get those in for this one.  Still have a lot to work on with particle systems but I tried using what limited knowledge I have of them.

There is not much to do, in this game. You shoot, you destroy some houses, and then the game resets.

The problem is that the game resets wrong. After the reset, you cannot move your character, and the shoots remain in the same place.

Thanks for playing.  Yeah, so I realized when I was mostly done that I didn't really create much of a game, more like just the foundation lol.  That is strange about the reset, I thought I had it rigged up properly to set everything back up the right way but I'll definitely take a look at that.  I appreciate the feedback
