Hey nicely done! haha i thought about doing a "xcrossing" game but eh. some things to think about overall on your project.
The grass i think could have been a different color or pattern to be a bit easier on the eyes. Making the path a lighter color like the beach sand would have been neat too. overall nicely done!

Not sure if you've come across https://mortmort.itch.io/acgb, but there is some great AC sprite art there too.
I've played a number of Animal Crossing gameboy demakes, but this was easily one of the best ones I've tried. My only real criticism is that, as AlexMulkerrin mentioned, I couldn't go into my house when I was supposed to, so I wasn't able to finish the game.
All in all though, it was a fun time!

Melon Demon IslandNice, chill demake of Animal Crossing.
I was able to do all the tasks up to the point that Tom Nook asks you to go to sleep in your house but wasn't able to enter the house.
