The central mechanic is extremely clever. I don't think I've ever seen this trick in a game before, and you do a good job of implementing puzzles that require the player to swap back and forth. It really gives a different perspective to 8-bit games.
Unfortunately, I got stuck fairly early on--I got passed an obstacle that required me to be in platformer mode, and then was unable to return to top-down mode. :(
Nice game! Took me some time to figure out the gameplay, since X is not working as planned. But changing from top down to plataform was great! The sound effects of the player walking really made me feel like an astronaut in an alien planet!
Also, I think the monster is not working properly. I received no damage when he got me!
Really cool concept of the game, switching between modes. Visuals are good, although I forgot walls could be pass through, which made me stuck at first part of ship. I was really amazed at changing modes mechanic.
Sometimes I had issues with being stuck but overall good game. I wish the player had more speed, though! :P
Had a few issues with the enemy - getting stuck, not doing damage, which broke some emersion, but other than that, great submission!
Really good stuff. Easily one of the best takes on the theme I've seen so far. There are a few UI/ease of use issues. It is kind of unclear what you're supposed to do (but when you flip to the side-scroller mode it great, clever stuff), it's hard to distinguish between walls you can walk through in one but not in the other state. But overall it's a great experience, love the atmosphere as well. Music fits perfectly.
Too bad I couldn't finish it - missed one part somehow along the way.
Really interesting concept, brilliant art and sound track, great job!
I didn't really understand how to progress after moving the boxes in the beginning :/ It would be better I think if you instead did a demo of sorts to show the player exactly what they should be doing instead of giving them a wall of text to read. The art is nice though
sick intro art! this game reminds me of my own submission :)

Fun game! I love the mechanic of changing dimension :).
However, there are some resolution problem (some UI are clearly not in the good resolution).
Great game overall! Congrats
