Nice entry. You have a solid basic mechanic, but I would prefer to spawn the ships a little farther.  Congratulations :)

I loved the animation and the fluitidy of the movement, as some other people have mentioned moving a little daster would be nice. Great Job! :)

Thank you for playing!

Congrats on your submission!  I only got a 40 score.  It seemed like the speed might have been just a bit too slow for the ship, if you were on the wrong side of the planet when an enemy was on the opposite side, it was hard to get there in time.   In the project settings in Godot, there's a stretch option, and you can set it to keep the aspect ratio so that it'll get bigger but won't skew anything.

A score of 40 is very impressive! I don't think I've gotten higher than 10 myself.

I'll be sure to include that stretch setting in a future update.

I think it would have worked better if the enemies were slower or your vehicle faster. I didn't survive very long

Pretty cool, I like the rate of fire but there is a lot of enemies really quickly. Would be nice to have some chill level first. Sounds would make it feel more satisfying, can get some free creative commons ones online.

Thank you for playing! I had planned to implement some attack patterns rather than have enemies just approach from random directions, but sadly ran out of time. Maybe after the jam is done, I'll get around to adding that.

Yeah it's a bit difficult to shoot if they fly in that pattern and you have to move around the globe, but fun! Wish I could survive longer!
