Nice graphic and the whole concept of the game. Im clueless at first but upon interacting with building i figure its a town sim. Same genre buddy, keep it up!!!
The pixel art is great and I like the whole story/idea.
Nice Game and nice graphics, especially the camera feed affect. But is it a simulation of some sort where you interact with buildings and set the sliders and then based on that wait for the game to unfold. Nevertheless, keep up the good work :)
Yeah. Basically it was supposed to be a resource-management/city expansion game. But, well, we didn't get that far. we overreached. Sorry.
So now, it's a lovely passive expansion sim! yay!!! *Throws confetti*
Nice game! I loved the pixel art, and the snowglobe idea. I'm a little confused about all the mechanics, but it's interesting nonetheless.
Found it a little confusing, wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. But the art style looked amazing and I loved how you used the theme. Well done!
The pixel art is great and I like the whole story/idea. Not really sure what the aim of the game is tho, could be a bit clearer. Also could use some guidance with what the sliders actually do for you. Good work!
Thank you for playing! I agree it's not very clear. We modeled the game after simA t - wwith the ambiguity part of the design choice. Like, a "figure out as you go" thing... In retrospect, it's not a great decision! If we update, we'll try to add some pop-up descriptions for the sliders!
My town expanded to a few houses, not sure what is the result of the house sliders but I made everyone go on a vacation and work more at the same time haha
The sliders *should* have a long term effect on the over all expansion of the town. It doesnt seem to be working correctly, as the town freezes after that first expansion. Sorry! But more work *and* more vacation should work. The design is deceptive. It's really about the ratios between things. It's meant to be one of those things you have to figure out as you play. (Also known as: bad design decisions! 😅)
Haha, hard to sort it all out in a jam. I thought it was funny to max work and max vacation. Work hard play hard? lol
Cute art style! What am I looking at when I hit the swap button? Is there anything to do on that screen?
Sorry, no, there's nothing to do there 😅. It's the shop that your snowglobe is in. When they turn out the lights, it gets dark. We wanted to have it so customers would buy based on how good your globe was. Or maybe puck them up and shake them and stuff. But, uh, yeah, that didn't happen 😅. Thank you for playing it though!
