Really well done! Did you do the music, too? I love it and finished the game!

So nice but at first difficult to get further than the flying seed. But a good idea!

Really fun! I did have one bug - for some reason in various forms there were locations where you could fall through the map and you never died. For example, in Lv 2, when you first sprung across the gap in the seedling form if you move forward while springing you fall through. In level 3 I dropped through the map in the big gap as a seed. Not sure what happened there...

Developer

Thank you!! Probably a goofed collision that I missed in my rush to finish :/ Thanks for playing though!!

this is a great game, took me a while to figure out what to do after floating up, but I got there in the end, I also managed to get out of the map by going the wrong way where the ant is crawling across the ceiling in the second map :D but I enjoyed the mechanics for each type of growth

Developer

Thank you! Yea, definitely need to fix a lot up when I refresh this to make more of a full experience out of it :)

A really good start here and I think this game has so much potential. I really enjoyed the mechanics as far as the burrowing, the floating etc. I do agree with some others that some of it, like the movement (the seed did feel very fast) could do with polishing up but for a first go I think you did a great job. I love the art style too and the music was good! Well done.

Developer

Thank you!!

This is great for your first gamejam, even though the movement feels inconsistent (this is probobly due to too much friction or inconsistant collision shapes), the rest of the mechanics are well implemented, the visuals are cute and the sound and music mostly fit the game. I also found the balancing and world directive to be good. Very impressive for your first jam, Great work!

Developer

Thank you so much!! Yea, I really need to fix the use of collision shapes hah Next time for sure!

I really liked the idea of these transitions into different mechanics, it was very cool and you used it to make nice puzzles! The music was nice for the theme also. I would've needed some visual guiding more about where to go and slightly lower speed for the seed. If you will polish this after jam I'd think it could be very neat puzzle game.

Thank you so much! I actually had little signposts I meant to put in, but forgot to amidst squashing some last minute bugs :)

well done completing your game jam. I struggled to work out where to go after floating. I tried top right but never could get through. I thought the visuals were really nice.

Developer

Thank you so much! Yea, I goofed on that hah I actually had little signposts I meant to put in that were pointing where to go and what to do, but forgot to amidst squashing some last minute bugs :)
