Cool submission, well done with the models and environment too! The game feels smooth and it's easy to understand, however even if it's just moving by clicking, always put some sort of tip ingame about what to do (the controls at the very least), as a sort of tutorial.
The other thing that I've noticed is that you have a story for the game, but within the game it is not explained at all.
Well done, but please remember my tip about this: treat always the website and the game as two separate parts of the game jam, and include all the information that you need in-game (be it story or tutorials/instructions).
Cheers ;)
Really interesting controls for the movement and it looked, felt and played really well. Nice job on the game!
Really fun! I liked moving with the mouse. I liked the aesthetics too.
I loved this game, but I kind of wanted it to be more of a difficulty ramp up, so you could add fast ones that do a lot of damage, but can be killed easily, basically more variation, but I loved it!
Awesome game! I really really loved it! The music was AMAZING it fit the vibe so well. It took me about 30 seconds to get a handle on the controls but once I got them I really liked them. This was an awesome entry, amazing work! Upgrades felt meaningful and impactful and I loved the hellish atmosphere. I'm a sucker for games like this!
Good game!
Just played your game.
I found that the player movement was a bit slow to respond at times, I'm playing on a laptop though so that might have something to do with it.
I liked the design of the enemies and player, simple but fun, and liked how you implemented a levelling system with upgrades.
Very smooth movement, and I was quickly able to figure out what was going on. I would suggest using a darker colour to fill the progress bar with; I reached level 5 before I ever even noticed it was filling! You might also want to lerp the sword effect instead of making it flash - it was right on the borderline of being too sharp for me to look at. Great job overall, I finally died at level 17 XD
Really liked the game and the style, having more enemy variety would be nice but very good overall :)
I really like the work you put in this. different powerups, also I saw you implemented a boss as well. Also love the health restoration after each wave. it allowed me to go on for a long time.
