I had fun, it was nice. But a kin d of games which absolutely needs checkpoints. One misstep and start from the beginning. And missteps are easy to make..!
A fun and challenging game. Loved the dimension switching mechanic. Good job!
Great hardcore concept! I think it could be suitable for speedrunning too.
I'm toying with the idea of just continuing work on this just to help me learn to code and design. That's probably a good idea.
Really fun game, and good mechanics!
Thank you! I've played your game and left you a rating.
The game is really fun! I really enjoyed the level design
Good job!
Thank you for playing! Rated your entry.
It's a great concept! Love the main mechanic - thought it was executed well. My only criticism is that it was very frustrating when you died and had to restart completely. Mayb e a checkpoint somewhere would be good. Otherwise, it's an interesting and challenging platformer puzzle!
Thank you! I've played your game and left you a rating.
Very difficult game, but fun! Didn't know why I died the first time, then realized I shifted into a solid wall. Good job!
Thank you! I've gone ahead and played your game - left a rating too!
Very fun, but very difficult. This typically isn't my favorite genre, this is well paced, fun, and the mechanics and puzzles are well thought out. The music and sounds really take it to the next level.
I wish there were a death counter as I feel like I died 1,000 times!
But did you finish it?! If so, that sense of accomplishment you got is what I was hoping for! Thank you for playing and for your feedback.
Great game! It's very difficult but well designed. I died a lot but had fun.

Fun game! I’ve seen loads of concepts like this one, but this one was the most intense. The music really helped with the intensity, and I also liked the art style, which is quite original. Good job! :D
Thank you! I've gone ahead and played your game and left a rating. Good stuff! I loved the twist!
Great execution of the idea! Good world design as well, the start is hard but you get used to it.

fun game, although i have seen many similar ideas this is definitely the most intense one. i wish the level design could have some learning curve as it kinds overwhelmed me a bit in the beginning

This was really challenging, im glad i looked at the controls. Overall this was a cool game.
Thank you for playing and rating my game!
Cool concept! It didn't scale very well on my screen, unfortunately... the top and bottom of the level were cut off, but it was still playable and fun. :) (My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.)
I apologize for this. The game is created for a 1920x1080 resolution. The itch platform seems to have 2 full screen buttons that overlap each other. One of them will full screen to a proper resolution and aspect ratio. I don't know how to fix this issue. If you (or anyone reading this) knows how to fix this, PLEASE let me know. Thank you for pointing this out.
I think one of the full screen buttons is coming from itch.io platform and one is coming from the WebGL build. I think if you:
1. disable the full screen button in the itch.io settings
2. slightly increase viewport height (also in the itch.io settings) so the whole button is showing
That should fix it. Hope that helps!
Thank you so much for your guidance!!!! I did the two steps below, but there was something still wrong. I ended up lowering the resolution, and that solved the problem. I've gone ahead and rated your game as well!
I've added a link to your jam entry to the description as thanks for the help.
cool game, keep going!

Really nice take on the theme, controls took a little getting used to but once I got going I was having a good time, the music really fits the ascetics.

Interesting Idea and fits the theme fell. Has some old school dendy game vibes.
Nice work!

Nice game! The dash didn't work on my Gamepad for some reason but on keyboard it worked fine... like the way you implemented the theme and the difficulty ramps up pretty quick - could not get past the point where you have to jump in sync with the floor disappearing and simultaniously switching dimension - that is quite hard if you focus on the floor you can't focus on the other "player" and his position - maybe some help in form ghosts for platforms?
The game pad didn't work? Which one did you use?
I was thinking about having some sort of silhouettes in the background for the platforms to help line the player up, but I made it a point to avoid scope creep.
