That is some serious clicking required here! The auto clicking is not really there since the auto clicker does not scale with any upgrades that you make to the manual clicking. So every auto click is still just worth 1 to 10 resources while the manual click is worth 250 at that time and you can click A LOT in the time it takes the auto clicker to deliver one batch of resources. Some visual notification that you actually bought the upgrade would be nice too since I wasn't sure if I bought the upgrade or whether I could buy it multiple times. Only when I got back to clicking and noticing that my resources now went up by 5 instead of 1 per click did I know I bought the upgrade and that it actually worked only once.

Nonetheless, an impressive feat especially made in only 48 hours, well done !

Hi there! Yup the game does indeed require too much clicking and there's definitely a lot to be done about the upgrades shop >_<
Now something interesting you've pointed is that the auto clicker didn't increase with the upgrades... I must have uploaded the wrong build of the game both in here and on git  (╥﹏╥) Oh well, too late now
Anyway, thanks for the feedback and sweet comment! I really appreciate it!

I'm not very familiar with the clicker genre so I was a little confused at first, but I managed to work out that some furious clicking was needed! It all made sense pretty quickly after that! The research items were flying in by the end. Very cozy vibes with the visuals and music and good use of the jam theme!

My only suggestion would be to make it clearer when upgrades are purchased if they can be purchased multiple times, just once, etc. I was a bit unsure if I'd activated the auto clicker too but I could see it working away once I exited the menu!

Nice work overall!

Hello and thank you for giving my game a shot! (✿◠‿◠)
Sorry for making it a little confusing, I didn't have time to make a proper tutorial and also left a bunch of bugs in the upgrade shop as you've noticed, I'll definitely patch these up when the gamejam is done
Thank you again and I really appreciate your comment on the visuals and the music, they were my biggest struggle during development >_<
