You have a README which is great, but you'll need a License file as well (these are two main criteria for open source category). You'll also want to fill out your README rather than simply having the file there with a title. Also might be a good idea to organise your repo a little so there isn't so many files in the root folder.
Artwork and art-style is lovely and fits your medieval/viking theme. I like the music, it's super chill. There was a small bug at the start where it wouldn't let me choose which mode to go with "tutorial, no tutorial, or don't ask again". I spammed one of the buttons until something worked.
It'd be cool if the music continues when you enter a town. Would also be great if we can use keyboard to navigate the map rather than just mouse. It'd be good if you couldn't buy the item from the place you need to sell it to. Otherwise, you can buy say 7 wood and sell it back to the person you bought it from. Great concept, and I'm enjoying the trade mission. Well done on your submission.
Every case that I saw, the bonus for finishing a quest was more than the price difference for that item within the same city. I finished like a dozen quests by buying and selling back to the same guy, and made a tidy profit off it. (I don’t imagine that’s what was intended!)
Cool graphics!
Loving the aesthetics!
This reminds me somehow of the game "Rings of Medusa" (the twons, the traveling in between, the goods to trade,..)
I really like the graphics style and the games concept!
One thing: you can fulfill quests for the city by simply buying and selling the goods in the city :-D
Very nice entry overall!
Really interesting concept, I felt like I didn't lose much instantly buying and selling items back to the same town to complete quests. But if certain towns specialized in specific goods more than others, I think this could feel a lot more rewarding! Well done!
Great idea — the map is awesome!
Some button visuals could be improved too.
I clicked "Start with Tutorial," but it didn’t show up.
How do I win in the end? I accomplished some quests.
Love it! The medieval/drawn aesthetic is awesome, the clean UI is great. The music accompanies the game really well.
Definitely matches the theme! Great job!
nice idea.
