For the open source category, you'll need to have a README file and License file.
Such a cool concept for your game. It'd be helpful if there was a "reset" button somewhere to reset the level. I enjoyed the sound effects, maybe also add some music for further immersion.
Great job on your game, and love that you implemented several levels for players.
Couldn't beat the last level, it is really hard to jump over two shoot, it would be easier with regulated jump height mechanic. Good game!
