This was a very cool idea! Really original and fun to play with my partner. Would definitely play again! The glyph system was so thoughtful to make it work without a connection between devices (reminded me of The Past Within) and the graphics were really cool. Maybe a free-for-non-profit egyptian music would have been very cool to add. Great work!
Nice Work!!! good art style
Really good art! Congrats on that
Nice job, I really like your take on the theme, also that it supports 2 players :)
My sister and I enjoyed it a lot. We also loved the drawing style. Great job! ^^
Happy to hear you enjoyed it :)
If anyone wants to play this just find me on discord channel.
The artwork drew me in. Nice work. Good storytelling too - it made me feel very immersed. I also liked the interpretation of the theme. Enjoyed this. Thanks!
Thank you! :)
The art is really great. I love how you implemented the multiplayer component. Very cool.
Thanks!!
Great game, really reminds me of the prisoner’s dilemma. Art style fit the theme of the game, and the backstory was compelling. Shame there wasn’t any sound. Inputting transmission heiroglyphs was a bit tedious and LAN functionality would make the game much better.
Thank you for the feedback! And yes, the prisoner's dilemma was actually what inspired me to this game mechanic :)
Very cool game, definitely see why it would be hard to play against a computer. We nearly themed our game after scales of Anubis too, however we pivoted due to time constraints
Thank you!
Really wanted to play this but I don't have a teamate for it. There could be a signle player mode. From what I have saw the menu looks very nice. I won't be rating the game because I couldn't actually play it ):
Aw, what a shame, but thanks nonetheless! A single-player mode could work if the computer is smart enough to respond based on the players' actions... I might look into that one day :)
Nice game!
I loved the storytelling and the artworks. It could be enriched with some music, but nice project overall!
Thanks! I'll definitely make the sound a priority the next time, so that this doesn't fall flat when I run out of time so close to the deadline :)
