I like the game, just wish I knew how to play RPGs.
Nice one!, loved the classic RPG vibes.
Beat robotron, it was challenging :D.
I really liked the different shapes for the characters, not sure why but it reminded me kind of the crystal gems from steven universe haha. I found it a tad overwhelming with the four party members at the start, a nice build up to that would have been enjoyable!
Great job on the UI and overall aesthetic! I noticed sometimes the cursor stuck in place when selecting UI items so it made it a bit confusing sometimes what was highlighted.
Graphics and Audio are awsome, the game is very fun but with a few little bug that can stuck you.
Overall is very good.
Great entry.
Thanks ! Glad you enjoyed it :)
The big tv's animations and screen effects are so cool! I was not able to bet it ran out of mp and then went 15 or so turns attacking, gave up. The look and feel were greater. I appreciate the screen transitions.
Thanks ! :)
Using all four party members was a bit difficult right out the gate. Also, is there a button to back out of menus? I accidentally went into an empty "object" menu and was stuck there until the end of the fight.
The visuals and audio are top-notch, I love the design of the boss!
Yes you can : Exit: Q (qwerty) / A (azerty) / Gamepad Button East
But some bug may remain :/ About using all four party I definitively should have slow down the speed ^^
Thanks for playing :D
I liked the art and sound but found the attacks were you have to coordinate what to do with all four a bit difficult
Thanks for playing :D
You mean the turn based combat mecanic ?
Could you give me some feedback about that ? For example, what make it more difficult than a classic Final Fantasy ?
In the turn based combat mechanic it took me some time to understand how it works and still I get a bit stressed out. Fortunately the battles are not very difficult but still it felt a bit frustrating not knowing exactly what to do but feeling the urgency of something has to happen. I would prefer a more tacktical/strategic fight were I can think e.g. of how many points the opponent needs to get killed who can attack with how much points etc. The alternative would be a live-battle attack where both me and the enemies attack in real-time but instead of 4 agents to control I have only one or two (so it is less of a mental exercise).
Sorry haven't played Final Fantasy to be able to compare, but from a fast look at its wikipedia description (this is what I found https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turns,_rounds_and_time-keeping_systems_in_games#Ac...) and googling around it seems that there are heated debates on different styles variations of active time battle, an interesting topic were probably different people prefer different gameplay styles!
Thanks for your feedback !
I should have put the speed slower I guess... A difficulty curve could resolve the problem as I understand that during the battle the 4 agents quickly get ready, and it create this rush feeling.
Loved the JRPG mechanics and the twists on the status attacks!
