  • I hate it when I get turn into a ball when I just want to enjoy my burger. Happens all the time smh. Cool art, gives pizza tower vibes. The stuff flying around when hitting the burger was cool. That being said the controls were very clunky, the physic was really behaving in any interesting way, I couldnt even go on slop while rolling, I would just bump like I bumping into a wall, the lack of air control making kind of annoying to not be able to jump a small height, having to roll back and forth. The expand mechanic felt more like an attack, so the theme felt forced more than anything. The level design was kind of samy, there was not really any challenge in term of puzzle or skill, it was mostly fighting the physic until it worked. Cool art and polish.

I'm kinda shocked how great this is based on how few people have rated it. It feels like a complete experience with a story, a mini game, and a boss battle; I found the physics-based gameplay to be quite satisfying; and aside from one level with conveyor belts near the end, it feels like the levels were designed to avoid potential softlocks that would require you to restart the level. This is one of those games where I'm impressed that you managed to put it together in ten days.

I really dig the concept and it felt very satisfying to send my burger flying with the expand button. The heavy physics however made it quite difficult. The minigame was a fun idea but because of the physics it was quite time consuming to hit the right blocks. Maybe some kind of bumpers like in a pinball would help. The boss was interesting but because of a lack of invincibility frames I could lose all my lives within a second. I eventually found a way to cheese it by always getting on the heightened platform on the right. Despite all that, still a solid concept and I enjoyed playing it.

Great!! The graphics really stood out, giving those sweet Pizza Tower vibes. Kinda wish the rolling was a bit less heavy but that's more a sign that I need to git gud.

So I ran into a bug where the boss stage would get stuck on the splash screen and the stage wasn’t visible. I had to restart the stage many times to get unstuck from it. And even then it only worked like 20% of the time. If the boss lands on you it can instantly take all 3 of your lives since there are no invulnerability frames. Even after I managed to beat the boss the burger got stuck in a wall and I was unable to proceed.

The boss stage in the editor and after building was working good, maybe your computer?

I need to fix the collisions

I'm going to put invulnerability frames after the jam

Thanks for your feedback

The art and music was amazing! I also loved the buttons with a bit of humor in them, like the credits button. I dunno why more people haven't rated this yet.
