It's about the phoenix's resurrection and revival.

Some of the code is from tutorials but the arts are all by us.

Cool concept!. Maybe turn the fireballs into feathers?, and could user a collider to impede the player to go out of screen.
The art was great! The death animation for the ghosts was really fun and spot on made the game feel great! Just wish there was audio as well! Great job overall on the art!

From a game design perspective, pretty simple but fun game. The animations and art are incredible!

This game looks amazing, I love the art and all the details like how when you shoot theres a small effect
It mightve been cool to add a feature where instead of having (as far as im aware) no control over death, you could collect flames to keep your fire going
I think it could be more replayable if there were a variety of enemies
But in general I really liked it

Thank you!! We spent a lot of time doing the art and assets to make the game a little juicy. Sadly, not all of it can be implemented by end of the jam.
That's a cool suggestion for a feature, we might add it to our updated version of the game.

The graphics of the game are litteraly amazing, I love the art style.
I think the game could have been better if there was more variety in the enemies type or if there was bonus to pick up for the player that could have made the gameplay vary a bit.
The game could have been really cool if there was music and sound (Maybe they are but I dosn't heard them)
I really love the idea of the phoenix rising again after he die.

True! we got art and animation assets for 3 other enemy types however for the time left we decided not to put in for the jam entry. We plan to update the game after the jam since we made the assets along with music and sound.
