How does you game fit the theme?
The game is a horror platformer with extreme difficulty. The character gets stuck in his own mind and has to find a way out of it.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
We worked as a team and our community's name is codekeys. For this jam 2 of us were working on the game from scratch. ARTWORK - zynec, Programming - sathya Narayanan (myself).
This game was made in 2 days cuz all the other days were spent on exams. All the artwork are done from scratch and nothing was used from any other previous projects

It also would've been nice to know beforehand that you could triple jump. It took me a while to figure that one out.

Beautiful style and nice animations! At first I did not realize I could double jump, but after that it was fun! Two suggestions: 1) Smaller colliders on the dangerous things. It felt like I was hit even when I didn't touch them many times. 2) With the super bouncy trampoline, the camera should follow faster, so you see where you are going and have a change to react (or at least feel like you have). Also, I got no sound, but perhaps there was none? All in all, still one of the more fun games so far, in it's simplicity.

Developer

Thank you for playing our game and I noted all the feedbacks. Goodluck with the jam.

Definitely a fun game.  I 100% agree with iBytePro that the infinite lives was incredibly useful.  For me though, I do have a US keyboard I just suck at platformers.

Submitted

I cannot thank you enough for implementing infinite lives and not having a total deaths counter!
:D Fun game and very challenging for us non keyboards peeps.

Nice graphics, I like his jump animation.

Submitted

Looks  good! I like the jumping animation and how you can stay on a platform by just one arm.

Nice work for somekind of a two days jam! Your game was challenging but I run it till the end so well done! It was very hard at one point...then I discovered the triple jump ;) .

Could deserve a few sound design to be more enjoyable, but however good job!

Rated!, like the artstyle you chose, kinda difficult for me, but still a really great job making this game! :D

also, will you help rate mine too?, I really appreciate every single one! Thanks! XD

It's amazing to see such a hard game like this made in 2 days feel this good although I would suggest increasing the jumpforce a little otherwise, great job!

For two days this is good, the camra made it hard to see where to go, and it was quite long, and making it shorter might have been easier on you

Hope the jam goes well

nice work for two days. I like the bouncing platform challenges especially. It wasn't crazy difficult. I suck an platfomers and haven't beaten most of the ones in the jam, but I did beat this. The frequent checkpoints help.

Developer

Thanks for playing the game. Happy that you enjoyed it. I thought of making the bouncy platform more different in a way, but I didn't have enough time so I just created a blue square and gave it a physics material with high bounciness. Goodluck with the jam!

Nice game, reminds me of a game BTP made,

although the checkpoint was a bit weird, sometimes trigger, sometimes doesn't.

I also wished there were some audio, but I guess you ran out of time.

Good job and good luck with your future work!
