How does you game fit the theme?
In this game you try to verify maps that aren't real. The treasure is not real either. But on the way you learn a lot about maps and become a better cartographer. Who knows perhaps you might find a map that leads you to a treasure in the future...

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Wrote all code. Few assets are mine, but all the other are from asset store. Also music isn't mine either. Credited each creator.

This is such a great game! Very well done! I so much enjoyed it playing and i wonder if the treasure becomes real at some point? I get the memory idea of the rules being seperate, but clicking the rule everytime to see what is added, is gamewise pointless, since you do it every time it flashes red and there is no gameplay value to it. Like others already have written, i would prefer the newest rule to flash up on the screen, so you instantly now what is changed. And the rulebook itself would still be useful, whenever you feel like you need to remember. But then you would lose some seconds because you would click on it.

Very well written feedback. This is something i hadn't thought of and is indeed a bad design decision i made. Thank you very much, appreciate it!

And the treasure won't be real

Very Solid game! I like the concept and style and it all fits together. 1 point of advise is that is difficult to know whether a new rule was added, maybe give an indication or show it at all times. Great job!

Thank you for the feedback! Valid point

Cool one, really like the artstyle of the map and the map generation. Would have been cool, if seeing the rules would be easier (probably directly on the playing screen) for more game flow, but apart from that: well done!

Thank you very much for the feedback! It was a game design decision to make the rules separate, to introduce some memory element. Might not be the correct decision tbh.

Yeah I got 28 out of 30! I like the music and the visuals of your game, I think it fits the mood very well. I love your idea, I like those kind of games when you have to keep tracks of the rules as the are adding on top of each other. Great game!

The art style is very unique and I loved the theme. I like the music but it was a little too overpowering. Also the color of the text was a bit of a strain to see. This was a lot of fun!

Love the concept. would play more & would be interesting to see how many rules you could keep track of. Great Work!

The graphics and colors fit the gameplay perfectly. I think that if the rules were on the side of screen so you didn't have to go back and forth would be nice. But cool concept!

Developer

Thank you for playing my game!
The rules bit was intentional to introduce some memory element to the game.

I like the game design. Simple but effective and different. I didn't know what I rated the maps for though. Essentially the game does not have a goal which is demotivating.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! I might have hid the rules button a little too much in the upper right corner.
The goal is simply to not make mistakes, and verify as much as possible within the time limit.

Nice work! I saw your post in the Discord and the thumbnail grabbed me!

I love multitasking and this type of game! lol

Are the maps procedurally generated or did you hand make each one?

Developer(+1)

Thank you!
Yes it is procedurally generated. First made the island, after populated it with each rule.
