I really like the game! Feels very complete and polished.

lmao this was made in scratch

I have not played to many of these game jam games. But if I've seen a good game its this one! The art is simple but awesome, The movement is smooth and easy. I love this game and if i had to pick my favorite part it would be the idea.  Reading the description I believe it was made by 2 people. Great job! to both of them.

this game is amazing, the music the sound effects were great, and fitted with the retro style, also the game reminds me of downwell, my only complaint here is the player speed is too low, but overall it was a nice experience with this game, well done.

Amazing game, I love the powerups / upgrades!

So amazing ! the game is very polished with great retro visual and sounds and creative gameplay which is very fun and fit well to the theme.

What can I say, a good polished game only those sounds are a bit shitty

Loved Downwell, this games seems to match it’s vibe as well, so well done! Overall, great music, great simplistic graphics, but I felt like the game wasn’t too chaotic. Most of the time I felt pretty chill playing the game. Nonetheless, this is a solid game.

Nice take over on theme

5 - star in all

Very nice aesthetics, but way too easy: I beat it literally on the first attempt with all five health left (I think it was four at some point)

Very nice! Great take on the theme too. It gave retro vibes. Would love to see some more waves or levels!

Definitely one of the best games in this jam. This game just plays so perfectly and is super well polished.

Big fan of this one! Great artstyle, reminded me of Downwell mixed with Enter the Gungeon.

Very polished and satisfying, love it. Reminds me of Enter the Gungeon, a favorite of mine.

Wished the bullets went more precisely where I was aiming. It was a tad too hard dodging while having to take more than one shot at some enemies to hit.

Was especially impressed when the screen starts turning during the boss fight!

Fantastic job, loved it!

If you have another person and a controller available to plugin please check out my game!

This game is really great, it works with the theme very well but also looks and feels very polished. My  only issue is that if you die to the boss it still plays its sound effects.

Developer

Thanks for telling us the issue! Also thanks for your kind words :)
