I liked it, somehow i sadly felt like the hitbox of the cat on the back was a bit high (i felt like i would hit solid air, its unstatisfying but not "bad")
and sound is missing, but i like the feeling itself, that there is a bit more than most 2 player platformer games in this topic. good job :)

In what way does your game fit the theme?
The game requires two players to cooperate, and when the two players need to stay close in order to survive. When the two players are close enough to each other they will be stronger in combat.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, the code and the assets were all made by me, and the character assets were made by lemochat.
