Super cool art and animation! It would be nice if there were other ways to influence the outcome of combat rather than relying entirely on random chance. The upgrades are a really nice touch though, great job!
We found a similar idea for a game. I like your visuals and animations, and the idea of different drinks fighting. It's good that you made it possible to upgrade between battles. Good job!
Good game, I liked it. I lost several times haha, but I had fun. The gameplay is simple but very fun. Maybe some improvements could be made to the combat, but overall it's really good.
Things definitely felt a bit out of my control with gameplay, but I love the art!! Well done all and I would love to see this expanded upon at some point!!
I like the style and presentation of the game. Although the mechanic is that clear when I went All In.
I would like to have an option to avoid getting hit if I'm fast enough and add weird buff to the power ups (since they are drinks) for example: whisky intimidates more (+chance that the enemy will throw lower dices) but makes your punches less efficient, jaggermeister give you more strength but the enemy can move and avoid.
I can see the appeal of this game. The concept is interesting, the fighting animations look great, and the upgrade system is good. But for it to really click, I think it needs something extra. Like, more possible actions (I like your concept of "all in"), more upgrades/abilities, perhaps a parry system. Something I can do other than just click Roll repeatedly, that maybe also makes it feel like I have an influence on the outcome of the game.
By the way, I found an easy way to always win: Just spam the Roll button repeatedly. This works on all enemies, except Tequila, where you have to get 'em real low, and then play normally.
Another funny thing is that the upgrades are not reset when you click "Play Again", so after having played a few games, I now always roll 15+.
The art of the game is really really nice, beat the game, very lucky of me >.< Gameplay could have more improvements, but the upgrades felt good :D
Liked the vibes and the music. Might go against the point of the game/ the luck factor, but I would love if there was a skill-based element (maybe a parry?) so that you can't just get stomped by the AI :)
I really liked the character design, tequila completely destroyed me, liked that there were upgrades. Thou I would like to have more influence on the outcome of the battle, although <span class="aNeGP0gI0B9AV8JaHPyH" data-src-align="5:3" <this<="" span=""> is a game</span> about luck, so it's understandable
Good game
Gosh, I absolutely loved this and buddies in VC thought it was pretty great too. I was kinda doing the same with my own game, actually! Where the player and AI both roll, and higher roll wins and deals damage.
Your execution and character design was great. Lost to Tequilla, but I absolutely loved it and I'm giving it another try. I enjoyed risking health for bigger damage!
Overall, extremely great entry, I had a ton of fun.
Really liked the vibes (visual and audio go together really well). The gameplay is very simple but i had fun! at least until one enemy ai just completly destroyed me lol. Cool game, congrats!
Ha ha, no one beats me! I am unstopable!
