Really liked the atmosphere and the art, would love to see a longer game in this style. The story was also intriguing, though maybe a little more closure at the end or secret hints about the cure throughout the levels could be nice.

Trying your game right now, consider giving ours a go too if you'd like :) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4313400 I recommend the downloaded version, the WebGL takes a bit of time to load
Love the idea, such a funny concept. I wish there were a few more places to hide - trying to make noise with the TV got me caught like 90% of the time. Also I couldn't figure out what to do with some items - eg the bookana, was I meant to put it somewhere? Overall really liked this entry and so impressed that you made it as a solo dev! :)
The art is beautiful and the platforming section felt really good to play. The dialogue felt a bit too long in parts, and combined with the walking pace, it slowed things down a lot - maybe having the dialogue play while not stopping the player would feel a bit better. So impressive for a solo dev in a week though, the credits were well deserved :)

The notes were hilarious, I loved the comparison between the good villagers' future deeds and the ones who were exorcised, it was a really nice touch. Wasn't sure what the difference was between hard mode and normal, they felt similar in terms of difficulty to me. Overall one of my favourite games this jam though, amazing concept (and good message about watching out for stranger danger!)
This was so fun, loved the spooky atmosphere, especially the note on the table (the xenomorph was funny too, but the note made me feel like things were about to get much worse suddenly). I sometimes struggled with what counted as an anomaly and what was just a weird day at the office, but that was part of the charm :)

Really impressive for a solo entry, was surprised to read that it's your first game ever! In terms of feedback, I think adding some sort of indicator for enemy damage might be good (if you can hurt the enemies, it wasn't really clear). I think also reducing the time for digging, especially in the dirt areas might be nice.
Loved the animations and the abilities of the main character. Found it very hard to know what to do and I kept losing within 30 seconds. The closest I came to being able to play was finding the body but immediately I lost again. I saw the note about finding the shop but after >5 playthroughs I haven't seen it (maybe a skill issue). Also the 'Begin' button in the menu after I died wouldn't do anything so I had to fully quit and restart the game each time. Would love to try this again in the future if there was a bit more of an introduction :)
Just tried your game, I can't believe you made this as a solo participant, that's crazy! Here's our game if you'd like to give it a try: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4313400
The environment and artstyle / colour scheme is really captivating, and I enjoyed being on the ship, gave me some Outer Wilds vibes. It took me a long time to realise I could land and I had to keep restarting since I would end up just lost in the void a bit. Also think some door prompts might be nice since there's some entryways which aren't accessible. Overall, thought this was a really interesting and impressive game though, especially for just one person in a week!
Hi, just tried out your game! It was very unique, liked your take on the theme. Feel free to check out our game here, I'd recommend downloading it for a better experience :) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-15/rate/4313400
Really cool vibes, I love a spooky deep sea adventure. Agree with other comments that this would be a great multiplayer game, as I found I never switched which bell I was using since it didn't really feel necessary. I also felt it was much easier to just keep going down and ignore all the swarms, maybe having some tighter areas would help force the combat encounters.
Liked the vibes and the environment, particularly the cave. I saw you mentioned not wanting to make a stressful timer-based shop game, so maybe expanding the harvesting method to be a bit more interesting could be worth looking into, if you hope to continue developing the game? Regardless, I think this makes a great base game and it's awesome that you managed to create it all in 1 week :)
Hi, we're a team of programmers, composers and artists looking for a 3D artist to join our team. Ideally we'd like someone comfortable with modular environment art. We'll be working in Unity for this jam and are keen to make something really polished and fun! Please reply or message me on discord @Sootaloot if you're interested :)
