Thanks for the feedback!

I totally agree, a speed up button would have been very useful and easy to implement, I just did not think of it before the jam was up sadly, ingame actions were planned but cut due to time as well sadly.

Either way, thanks for checking it out!

Thank you for checking it out, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I like the interpretation of the theme here, well done! The visuals are nice as well.

I cannot believe how much content there is in this game, and how polished it is at that! Well done! Gotta get me one of those machines irl lmao

Thank you for checking it out!

I wish more people would give downloadable games a shot, they are always so cool! This one is super unique and I loved the concept. Well done!

Thank you for checking it out!

I totally agree, right now the best way to see what troops you have is by entering the "upgrade" menu and hovering over your troops. Totally inconvenient and something I only found out during playtesting after I released it x.x The troops do have different models but from the distance the camera is at they are hard to make out. If I had more time I would have loved to add stats to each troop, along with a nametag on hover.

Otherwise I am glad you enjoyed, and I appreciate the feedback very much!

Wow! That's some super high praise! Thank you so much for the feedback, and glad I found another tower defense enjoyer haha. I have definitely thought about pouring some more time into it once I am more free, so maybe mobile is in this game's future!

Appreciate it very much!

Thanks for checking it out!

There is a sell button in the troop buy area next to the start and upgrade buttons, its pretty small though so completely understandable that it could be missed!

Otherwise I'm glad you enjoyed the style and gameplay, and appreciate the feedback!

That's super awesome to hear! Balancing was such a rush in the last minute so I am glad to hear it turned out good haha. Thank you for playing and for the feedback!

Thanks for checking it out, I appreciate it much!

Completely fair haha, thanks for checking it out!

Wow this game is addicting! I made it all the way to the last level and ended up getting beat. Had to call it or I would be on all night haha. The visuals are all stunning, and the audio fits perfectly! The gameplay is super fun as well, and I could honestly see myself playing this as a full game with more dice in it! I hope you come back to it, but if not I'll be back either way to claim that victory!

Well done all!!!

Played, commented and rated. Well done!

As others have said the controls are a bit tough, but I would be lying if I said I didn't really like it when the dog freaked out when getting the treat lmao. Good Job!

That cover art is crazy cool! Rated, played, and commented. Very well done!

Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it very much! I am glad to hear you had fun with it!

I really liked this game!

The art style was awesome, and the characters in particular looked great! The battles were fun and engaging, and it felt very much worth it to gather all of the upgrades before moving on to the final boss.

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT PLAYED:

My only real critique for the game is probably how the ending choice is made. If you choose to spare the boss, you die and lose the game. This would make sense, but the (green, I think?) monk has you answer a series of questions, all pointing you towards mercy.

I figured since these questions were set up in the side areas, it was a hint as to how to beat the boss (much like the invincibility charm). But when prompted with this in the final area, mercy just grants you a loss.

Other than that, I had a lot of fun with the game, and am happy to say I was able to make it that far!

Very well done, I'd be interested to see where you evolve this idea if you ever come back to it!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed!

This one was pretty cool! Like the visual style a lot. Played, rated and commented!

The Gameboy aesthetic is super cool! Sad to say I got stuck on the security password bit though, will have to give it another shot later! Well done!

Another great way to interpret the theme! Played, rated and commented, well done!

This is a very clever way to implement the theme! Makes it into a pretty unique puzzle platformer game, well done!

Very creative use of the theme, and the aesthetic is very well done as well!

Played, commented and rated. Thank you!!

Its a bit tough to understand initially, but a very endearing game! Well done!

As others have said, its crazy to see a scratch game out in the wild! Very cool!

I don't stream, but I did shoot it a rating! Well done!

Love it when games have a good amount of depth to them as far as features go, and this one absolutely has that with all of the minigames that need to be done! Aside from that, the visuals and audio are fantastic, well done!

I appreciate the feedback and totally agree! Thank you for checking it out, I appreciate it much!

This one was unexpected but a lot of fun!!! The jumpscare genuinely got me the first time, and I was definitely playing it safe for a while haha. As time went on I began to just shove them in my mouth as fast as possible when he wasn't looking, which took the edge off a bit, but otherwise well done!

This was a very unexpected interpretation of the prompt and I loved it!

Sorry you had a rough time with it! The AI tries to not all target the same enemy at once, which can sometimes lead to some troops not getting shot at if other options are available and that troop is already being targeted by someone (even if they are too far away). More refining would have definitely fixed this, but time crunches will do what time crunches do. Appreciate you giving it a shot!

Right back at ya! Well done!

Wow this one is hard! To get longer runs, the ability to raise your ratings again could be a fun idea! Well done! I can tell a lot was poured into this game by the amount of cards. :)

Played, rated,  and commented. Thanks much!

(1 edit)

The concept for this game is pretty interesting! As other have said however, it seems easy to get stuck or otherwise effected by bugs sadly. Some things are pretty tough to iron out in such a short amount of time! Otherwise I thought the visuals were nice! Hope you return to it some day :)
