How does the game fit the theme?
The title of the game is sarcastic, showing that the day will be lucky, like the theme, nothing will go wrong, before "Bad Luck Omens" show around the map, and to restore your luck you have to find the golden four leaf clover.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Everything was made from scratch, including assets and code, but music was imported.

I really like your pixel art and the jump feels appropriate - especially as it changes due to status effects. The quirky music really pulled it all together. Good work!

A fun little game, well done! I suggest revisiting the camera as it was sometimes difficult to see ahead or below. Also the character feels a litle floaty but perhaps just a matter of taste. Perhaps a speedrun timer might a quick way to encourage replayability 😊

This game was very fun! I think the gameplay and level design was really good (really made you feel a sense of progression) and I think the visuals were really well made as well! If I were to suggest one improvement, I think it would be the inclusion of variable jump height (although I think the controls are still really good as they are now). Great work!

Really well done. You smashed it. As others said, coyote time (an allowance for jump timing) could be implemented to improve the handling. The idea was well put together, with good level design. You have a really strong foundation to work off. Keep at it.

Fun game, the game needs some coyote time and some interesting layouts, for example a position where you need to land on the cracks or the ladder, giving the player some variety, great idea though!

Great idea and some fun mechanics! Not too difficult. I like the savepoint system, it makes it very forgiving if you fail. Good job!
