How does your game fit the theme?
A storm is approaching, you play as a cat looking for warmth before the rain comes down harder.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Everything except the music and sound effects were made from scratch.

I loved the art style, especially with the animations of the cloth, rain and main character. As a fellow cat enjoyer, I loved the game. Nice job!
Great little short :) the pixel art/animation was really well done and the movement felt very nice, well done!
Good stuff, here. The visuals are fantastic; I love the way the cat's eyes blink separately, haha, and the red blanket really stands out and flows nicely. I feel that the connection to theme may be a touch loose, but the game itself is solid. Definitely deserves more ratings!
I usually try to say at least something "bad" since I want to be helpful to the dev, but it's really hard with these kinds of games. The scope is small (as it should be), but the general feel of the experience is quite polished! The sprite animations are fluid and the atmosphere is really nice. It's an overall solid entry.
Cheers!
Great animations! Particularly the running with red cloth. The atmosphere was great. The game is so short, so small that the only criticism I can think of is a lack of sound effects and arrow key inputs.
The animations were truly brilliant! I really liked the cloth physics. Makes me want to switch to using jolt. I'd simply add that maybe more frames should be added to the jumping animations, as they seem a little lacking in comparison, but maybe that's just me.
The music and ambient sound effects were so good. They were well chosen and created such a great atmosphere. You captured a great vibe here.
It fit the theme purfectly!
The game was very short and easy, I can see where your time was spent though. But this is where you should look into if you're considering expanding this game.
This is a really excellent short game! I love the pixel art and custom animations for waking up and grabbing the blanket. The music and sound effects are fantastic as well, this game has a wonderful ambiance to it. The sound effect that plays when the cat lands on the ground adds great feel to the jumping.
Two pieces of feedback from me: If you continue to improve on this game or make another platformer, try and get jump input buffering and coyote time into the character controller. They are small additions once you learn them, but improve game feel massively! Their absence isn't an issue here, but their inclusion will make your future games better.
On your way back after you get the blanket you also need to jump to a platform off screen. I don't think this is a major issue because they player already went down this way and *should* remember there's a platform there, plus you have the light, but I don't love having to jump on to a platform you can't see.
Outstanding job, really loved this one!
Loved this. Really cute heart-touching story. Great animations. The game design was incredibly basic, but it was so well done regardless.
Wow I liked this short game a lot, the cat is really cute and the animations were really well done. The concept is nice and the controls as well as the overall mechanics worked well. Nice job on this!
Such a cute kitten! He is so cute wrapped up in his blanket. Very nice animation and music!
Super cute art style. i love myself a good platformer :) I just wish this was longer lol
What a wonderful little experience. Obviously I would have liked it to be longer, and a tad more mechanically complex, but I must acknowledge the cozy warm feeling it gave as I played it.
Well done.
