How does your game fit the theme?
Bertil needs to dive deeper than ever before to get on to the next level...

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All code is my own, while the assets come from various places:

- Backgrounds from Nightcafe AI
- Blowfish from GameDevHQ Filebase
- Soundeffects done by me or from PD libraries.

This is a very fun game!  This reminds me of Loco-Roco in the rotating control aspect, i would love if the fish could rotate faster, but even tho this adds more challenge into the game,  great work!

Developer

Glad You liked it, thanks for playing and commenting. The controls are pretty much how I want them, but the idea is to add "power-ups" at later stages that alters the controls a bit for varied gameplay.

This turned out to be way more fun than I thought it would be. Well Done.

Glad You liked it, thanks for playing and commenting!

Interesting take on the theme, liked the idea! The controls need some adjustment, in my opinion, but i had fun playing this game!

Developer

The controls might need some adjustment, but the plan was to have "power-ups" at later levels to alter the controls a bit. Glad You liked the game though - thanks for playing and commenting!

The idea is pretty fun, and I overall had fun playing the game. The controls could have been better, and I never really learned when I made the high jumps. But anyway overall a pretty good little jam game.

Glad You liked it and thanks for playing and commenting. The controls are about as I wanted them, albeit some tweaking can be done. Plan was to have power-ups that would change the controls for a "easier" steering on levels requiring that. Time ...

Liked this game a lot. Didn't expect the different levels to actually feel so distinct by just changing the platforms. Well done at all!

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the nice commets! Just wish I'd had the time to implement more levels - will do after the voting period!

Fun game! I liked the way the platforms disappeared into smoke. It's a fun effect.

Developer (1 edit)

Haha, yes, I was really fond of the effect. Thanks for playing and commenting!

Fun game, little confussing at first tho. Like the addtion of the levels.

Developer

Thanks for the comments, and for playing. It is a bit confusing, hopefully the gameplay and controls get "natural" after some playing :)

Nice work! I liked how high you could get because it was satisfying when you then hit the water and went really deep

Developer

Thanks for playing and commenting... Glad You liked it! If You manage to get the last level correct You get a really nice dive. Will add more levels when voting is over so You can get all the way to the top for that magnum splash! ;)

Simple concept but quite a bit of fun with the way the physics on the bouncy surfaces was implemented. I liked it, nice work!

Developer

Thanks for playing and commenting, glad you like it! A bit short but I will probably expand it once the voting is over.
