Nice and relaxing moving super fast.

What a nice, contemplative, experience!

Another great meditative game for the jam

Nice take on the theme, the gameplay is fun!

Game of the year in my book! Actually liked it, pretty relaxing, would add some more stuff to the scenery tho(trees and rocks would go hard fr). Great entry!(check out our game if you have some free time:))

Nice to see some relaxing sandbox-style games in the jam. Never enough of those in these places

Really good I had a lot of fun exploring around. I ended up in the infinite underworld.

One small nitpick is that the boat and the ball feel a bit too much the same thing. Well done!

Fun across the board! Building up momentum and switching modes felt satisfying; I loved being able to soar for nearly a full minute as the airplane. I definitely see these mechanics expanded into something bigger (maybe origami animals or geometric origami for different powers?). Either way, I had a fun time!

it felt weirdly good

Very fun concept! I'm glad you mentioned doing a post-jam, expanded version because I'd love to play a full adventure game where you could fold into different shapes/vehicles to solve puzzles and reach secret areas and collectables/upgrades.

You could even structure it like a metroidvania where you find new origami patterns around the world and can use those to reach higher/further areas, open previously blocked paths, and maybe even get better versions of previous patterns (e.g. Paper Airplane V2 that lets you fly further and faster).

Thanks for the great feedback! I love the idea of gaining access to different origami patterns with different abilities, a la metroidvania style. Our project is actually setup in a great way to support this!

We just need to do more research about other cool origami transformations lol.

Cool game, I really liked the transition between modes! Music and gameplay is great, but I did fell off the map and didn't know how to respawn.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing!

There's no way to respawn rn, so you'd just have to restart the game if you fall off the map in the WebGL version. I'll add a note about that to the description.

Animations and gameplay is great , maybe add a score system so if players want they can have a different approach to the game

Submitted(+2)

The transformation animations were really cool imo. Neat game

Could be fun to add in some rings in the air to fly through, but otherwise fun and relaxing game :)

Doesn't run super well on browser, but it's a cute little game. wish there were more sound effects or some cool geometry to do stuff on, but it's nice overall.

Developer

Thanks for playing!

Yeah, the WebGL version has some performance issues but I uploaded it anyway so people could get a feel for whether they wanted to download the full better performing Windows version.

one word...

fun .

The windows version runs really well, the transitions between the different modes looked great - I wish there was a sound for the paper creasing.

Very relaxing overall, great work!

Submitted(+2)

Love the three different modes, lots of fun movement in this game. It was a joy to be a piece of paper on an open field. Great work!

Submitted(+2)

It really really made me feel like the paper... nice job :)

Pretty fun
