Holy guacamole, this was tense! It was a close call for me, on the way to the elevator, the glowing eyes scary man was right in front of me before I just managed to escape into the cupboard.
Using the geiger counter to signify if the monster is close was a cool idea. The only thing I'd note is that when reading, the gameplay should pause. I could not finish reading the note in the eviction notice room because the crackling was getting crazy and I didn't want to stay around to find out what happened if you meet the cause. I also thought the moving painting was neat, that one got me good when I first entered the room. Regarding the visibility range, I have no strong feelings, although I actually think it helps make things scarier and feel more claustrophobic, which I think is good in a horror game set inside.
All in all a very polished well-executed spooky game. PLUS it contains an audio clip of you saying "love you", instant 10/10.
Thanks for playing and thanks for the lovely words :)
I got lazy with the note and reused the hide mechanic instead of making a pause so you cant die while reading, but i should definitely of made it clearer so its less stressful and you can actually read the note without panicking since theres no way to read after.
Theres a state where the monster despawns and cant respawn while your in it for the entrance lobby so when i get time ill patch it to put you in that state while reading :)
Very nice! This reminds me of Aminesia. The first time I got scared by the blue man on the TV in the lever room, didn't enter and got nuked. The second time I got doubly scared, went straight to the lever room, after I left I went to the room straight ahead from the elevator and when I opened the door the blue man was there and I got insta nuked.
Good job! I hope you improve the view size, seems too small.
Thanks for playing, and i think your right, i was trying to restrict vision to make it more ominous when you hear the geiger crackling kick in as you try to work out where its from, but i think i went too far since you cant see him a lot of the time. :)

Looking nice, but limited view is not okay, as for me. You also got some atmosphere.
Yeah i think i went too far with the vision drop off, sorry, and thank you for playing :)
It's ok
Thanks for playing :)
