Very nicely presented and a fun little toy to experiment with, might be fun to tie this in with a rhythm game element
It's a very interesting idea and it has a really nice minimalistic style. I've found it a bit hard to produce million dollar music hits this way, but it was a fun experiment nonetheless :)
Fun and interesting concept, liked it a lot, also neatly presented as someone else already said, well done!
I liked the game and the sounds are pretty cool! Unfortunately after some 3-letters words the game just ceased to display new characters and even refreshing the game did not work. As everything is randomized, could it be that I have to wait a long time between characters? (I have waited for aprox 1-2mn)
I would also love an harder and faster difficulty like SuperMegaDav said :)

I really liked this and enjoyed the sounds too. I agree with Khao about having time with the sounds. It might be an idea to have the letterblocks hover at the top and you have to type them to make them fall. That way they would repeat for several cycles and you could choose how to mix short and long sounds in the same scape. You would be choosing the timing not just of letters but also between blocks. Perhaps there could be a penalty if you get a backlog at top (like muting sounds that are falling). Very cool.
Thanks for the feedback. You're definitely at the mercy of the spawn and travel times of the letters which limits what you can have playing at a given time. We may well update this to give the player more agency in how/when they layer sounds. Thanks for playing!
Really neat take on the adaptive music idea. It's a nice implementation and cleanly presented.
I found myself wanting more time with the patterns though, the objects scrolled off the screen before I could hear them for more than one or two cycles.
Pretty interesting idea - could see this at an art installation having some deep meaning - but so far it's pretty fun typing and hearing the music :D
Pretty cool concept !
If I understood correctly from your description, the letters are randomly generated, right? so that means that the melody is also randomly generated based on the letters you get ? because I kinda liked some melodies and it's pretty neat if it's all random!
My only issue was that I felt like the game was too easy. I didn't have a challenge (even with 6 or 7 letter words), I would have loved to have a challenge to keep me hooked and make me want to replay.
Good submission, good job :)
Yeah, the letters are randomised from different sets of characters we've worked out as you progress, so we've sort of composed the core materials for the music but how they're ordered and looped is up to the randomisation and the player's timing! Thanks for the feedback about the difficulty!
