The intro line that's narrated gave me a chuckle :P

The art looks pretty good! I like all the different animations you created for the main skeleton and the npcs. It took me a really long time to figure out N would make me move faster at the cost of mana, also the stone piles that restore mana weren't obvious until I saw them used in the gameplay video (a bit more tutorialization might help). Also it's good to have sound effects for player actions like the attack action, but the high pitch yelp is a bit much after repeating a bunch of times. Something like a subtler grunt or swoosh sound might work better for an action that's repeated as much as attack.  I liked how health and mana were tied together though, it forces speedier gameplay to be riskier which is good.

I really hope I can finish the game. I have free time this coming week. Regarding the sound effects, I see your point about the attack action sound. I'll make an adjustment for that. Hi, just finished checking out your game. I can say that I really hate slimes, they slow you down and remove your ability to jump. If you get stuck on one, with multiple enemies nearby, your run is just over, it's really difficult to escape that combo. Also, some more checkpoints would really help balance the game. I found myself jumping past the enemies most of the time, as fighting them is really hard, especially when those big violet spirals are also shooting you constantly. The art is amazing in my opinion, it really fits the style of the game and the animations are really really polished. The sound design is really good too on this one. I found the controls quite well made too, maybe the collisions on some platforms were kinda strange. Sometimes I just bumped my head on one of those and fell off. I think you just need to work a little bit more on the balancing/design part, because all the artistic part is really sublime!

Really a solid game, it has it's weaknesses but they are really easy to fix, it's not that big of a deal I think. With some polishing on the mechanics and interactions in general it could come out a really cool game. A great job for just a game jam. Good luck with it, you deserve it <33333

I enjoyed the vibes, nice and old school. The controls were a bit tricky, sometimes felt stiff, but I think that also adds to the classic feeling. The sound was cool, and that little line at the beggining was dope.

That was hard. the skunk ai was very clever. the jumps were hard since i sometimes forgot to press s. The controlls were quite smooth after you get used to it. The art was consistent and well made. Will be awesome for people who like suffering from skunk snipers.

The game looks nice!
Too many controls possible for me tho, and couldn't find a way to get past the beginning (with a guy sucking all of your mana, the slime slowing you so he does it, and the rat just getting you when you hit the ground after dodging that)

The voice at the beginning was funny too
I think overall, the learning curve is rather challenging and you might need to give the abilities one by one

This game reminded me of Ghosts 'n Goblins, but a little more action-packed and fast-paced. I really loved the unique artstyle and the linearity of the levels. Im not really a platformer kinda guy, but I thought this was a nice experience. Good job!

One thing to note is that whenever i get hit by a projectile, I get hit backwards even if im not looking at the projectile. Meaning if im looking away i get thrown towards the caster of the projectile.

Cool game, it was really hard, but i did enjoy it, but you really should have added some checkpoints. I did find a bug where you can jump up the wall in the beginning and meet some shadow man.
