Hi, really cool game, I love the fact that you morph into a different thing every time and your shooting system completely changes, it is a really clever idea and very well executed too! The art is great and all the particles give more depth to the gameplay. I had to turn down the music as it was very loud, but nothing crazy really. The game seems very well balanced, and it kept me engaged all the time. Overall a really really fun experience. Good job, you should develop it further in the future! <333

Hi, I'd love if you could give me some more feedback, in particular regarding the "wave" minigame my game features. Many people found it too difficult and unforgiving (which is probably true). If you could give me your thoughts on that I would be very happy, as I'm trying to improve it, thank you so much <333

I will try out yours as soon as possible :3.

Hi, thank you so much fo the kind words, next time I will work more on normalizing all the sounds so that they feel more uniform. I'm glad the minigame wasn't that much of a problem, and I will surely improve it so it doesn't interrupt that much the vibe :3

Thank you so much again, it means a lot to me! <33

Thank you so much for playing the game and giving me some feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed it and that the minigame wasn't that much of a strugge. I will keep you updated for any next releases sus.

Hi, thank you so much for your feedback, I indeed focused more on polishing the game and having it look "smooth" in a way, than on adding more content. I'm glad you enjoyed the physics part, as it is one of the parts I polished the least, as I didn't have much time. I will improve it and develop it further in the future.

Again, thank you so much, I appreciate your words a lot! <333

I feel you, the character controller it's always the hardest thing to get working right and smooth. You did it great <33

Hi, I just finished checking out your game :3. I loved the art style, it fits very well the atmosphere and overall mood of the game. I loved even more the design of the enemies, they are really cool and original, and the fact that the main enemy shoots light and actually lights up the whole scene when shooting is just sooo cool (also the little details symbolizing the chromatic aberration phenomenon were icing on the cake, I also made reference to that in the title and credits art style of my game), really good design. As another comment pointed out, a longer introduction would have been great, but it was really fun going through different runs and finding out how things worked. Overall the game felt solid, by that I mean that everything made sense, both gameplay-wise and visually, as you said it is really cohesive, I think you used the purrfect word here :3.

You did an amazing job! Keep it up, I enjoyed it a lot, the visuals in particular were very pleasant!

Good luck with it! <3333

Hi, really cool outline shader going on, sometimes it acted a little bit weird, but overall was really cool. The whole game gave me very "liminal" vibes, so it was very fitting with the theme of the jam. It needs some polishing but overall it was very cool to walk with your pet following you in this gigantic rooms. Good job and good luck if you decide to continue this project in the future! Very enjoyable <33

Hi, the pixel art style is really cool, and gives quite an original vibe to the game. Really unique mechanics in my opinion, having to freeze the enemy and wait for it to position correctly in order to jump higher was very cool and a smart idea. The games feels good overall, maybe some jumps were a bit weird, as you bumped your head on some platforms, but still a very enjoyable experience. As another comment suggested, a volume slider would have been great apart from the volume toggle, nothing too fancy. I enjoyed playing it a lot, also the fact that the game features some meow-meows is a big plus for me :3.

Well done, good luck with it! <3333

Hi, just finished checking out your game :3. The idea of switching the movement keys is really cool and original, and adds some big depth to the gameplay. The movement is really responsive and "tight" in a way, so it feels really good to control, which is very important in this type of games. I think the minimalistic style of the game fits very well, as it is more focused on the mechanics. It's quite a challenge to switch keys every time, but it keeps the player engaged until the end in my opinion. Overall a really solid work, I also liked the sound design a lot on this. Very enjoyable and entertaining game, keep it up and good luck with it! <333

Hi, thank you so much for your feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Always keep it up! <333

I'd love to see the game after you add more content and polish it even further. Keep me updated when you do so! Good luck with the development! <333333

Hi, for the first minute I was like, bro, we made the same game wtf, but then I saw you relied a little bit more on the show/hide mechanic. I really enjoyed the game, the models and texturing are really well done and the music fits very well the dreamy atmosphere. I agree with a comment saying that you had to tilt your camera a little bit too much, and someone could find this quite annoying/sickening (I personally play fast paced game usually so it wasn't a problem for me and got used to it quite quickly) :333.

Overall a really polished game, you did an amazing job! Good luck with the jam fellow milk enjoyer! <33

(Going to eat some cereals rn, I hope I have milk) :3

Hi, the art and the overall atmosphere is really great. The sounds were very fitting, and the interactions look very well polished. It needs some more juice but obviously you didn't have that much time, I also focused more on polishing my game than adding more content. Really well done, it looks amazing and it's very enjoyable to play.

Good luck with it, cheers! <333

Hi, the idea is very very original and the design on the levels is really well done. The mechanics and interactions feel very polished, I'd love to see it developed further. I really can't say much about this, you have a very solid game in your hands, keep it up, I had so much fun playing it! :3

Good luck! <333

Hi, as other comments pointed out, the transitions are way too long, I'm sorry that bug happened, I hope you manage to fix it once the jam is over :3. Keep it up dude <3333

Hi, just finished trying out your game. The art style is incredible, and the music fits so well, it helps the post-apocalypse type of atmosphere a lot. The rain sprites are also really good and the enemies are very well done. I loved the game feeling, the shooting feels so polished (as the rest of the game). Really well done, would have loved some more features, but for a game jam prototype is more than enough.

Good luck with it, I enjoyed playing it a lot! <3333

Just finished checking it out! :3 <33333

Hi, just finished checking out your game, the art style is really well done, it fits the game and the mood perfectly. The dog's animations are just too cute and the balloon wiggle is very cool. The idea is very original and it fits quite well the theme as I have never seen a dog flying with a single balloon (personally I went for a much darker interpretation, but yours is also really accurate :3 ). It could sound weird, but I think adding a timer really helped the replayability of the game, even tho it was quite difficult as some comments pointed out (if you are a hard-games enjoyer like me, you will enjoy the minigame my submission features, a lot of people found it too difficult). The music and sounds also fit perfectly the mood of the game, and help the game feeling a lot. Overall a really good submission, you did an amazing job by doing basically all by yourself, it is a big plus in my opinion.

Good luck with it mate, I enjoyed a lot playing it and mastering the movement! <33333

Hi, thank you so much for trying it out and giving me some feedback, I'm glad that you enjoyed it overall. The story begins with the character feeling hungry, and searching for some food, the fridge is empty and the supermarket shelves too (almost, he only finds some milk), then goes to the cashier and she treats him badly. Then the character, once returned home, tries to remember all he did, in order to understand why he got treated so badly. It's here that you have some flashes of what really happened. The character suffers from psychosis/schizofrenia, and imagines things, the fridge was full of food, as well as the supermarket shelves, he wasn't hungry of normal food, he was searching for something more "tasty". In the end he realized that he killed the cashier in order to eat her and panics, but then his true twisted nature kicks in, calms down, and starts the buffet :3.

I hope it clears your mind on the story, sorry if it's not very understandable. Again, thank you so much for giving it a go! <3333

Just finished playing it and giving some feedback <3

Hi, just finished playing your game. It was quite emotional in a way, it was really intriguing to realize that the player was slowly freezing, and I found the overall atmosphere really touching. I agree with another comment saying that the invisible bounds lower a little bit the immersion, but it's understandable for a jam game. Overall vvery original and well executed idea.

Amazing work and good luck with it! <333333

Hi, thanks for playing it and giving me some feedback! I didn't have time to polish the minigame unfortunately, and it came out a little bit too hard/unintuitive. I will surely fix it in the future with more time. Thank you so much for your suggestions and for letting me know your thoughts on the game! Good luck with yours milk brother! <33333

Hi, left some feedback some time ago, forgot to tell you <333

Hi, the assets looks very polished and well done. They all fit the atmosphere and overall mood of the game perfectly. As many comments said, the sound design makes the game feel so much engaging and "real", hats off to you honestly, you did an amazing work. I'm not a big fan of turn based games, but all the assets here are mixed together so well that I enjoyed playing it a lot. I can't give you any specific feedback as I don't play this type of games that much, but I can say that I didn't face bugs or unintuitive things, so well done!

Again, amazing job with the assets and atmosphere, good luck with it! <3333

AFàOIAJFOAIFOIAFàAIFAàIjSòOIFàOSIFSòOIOHFàOI I KEPT TRYING FOR LIKE 20 MINUTES AND GOT THIS CRAZY TIME, FINALLY! LOVED THE GAME <3333

Wow, really unique idea to blend an Overcooked type of game with a survivor/rogue-like one. Surprisingly it fits very well and adds some depth to the gameplay. The mechanics are really smooth and seem very well implemented. The graphics feel very polished too and the mood of the game is very engaging. As another comment pointed out tho, I would reduce greatly the enemies' hitboxes, they are quite big now and sometimes cause some issues hitting you too much. Apart from that you got a really cool game, never seen that combination.

Keep it up and good luck, you deserve a lot! <33333

Hi, I agree with you, modeling something and then using it inside your own game is the best feeling. The controls felt quite smooth actually, I think just a tutorial would do fine! Good luck with it <333

<33

Hi, thank you for leaving a comment letting me know your experience :))). Unfortunately the minigame was left quite unbalanced as I really didn't have much time for that, but I'm glad you don't suffer from skill issues and beat it quickly (marry me) :3.

For the text........yea..........I should use less.........dots................

Apart from being silly, I wanted to give some dialogues a slow pace, and planned to do so by implementing a dialogue system capable of adjusting the text speed. But I didn't have much time for that either, so I thought of using dots, and at the beginning it worked quite well, but then my hand slipped just a tiny tiny bit, and suddenly my dialogues became full of dots like my face at 14 :(.

I will make sure to fix it in the future, so it doesn't feel so clunky to read.

Hope you enjoyed it overall, if I missed something from your comment feel free to tell me, it's almost 3am for me and I'm fried. Thank you sooo much again for your feedback and good luck! <333

I didn't enjoyed it, I enjoyed it a lot! :33333

Hi, I was scrolling down the random games section and saw yours, and it said I didn't rate it, reloaded the page and the rate appeared again, I also thought I left some feedback comment but it's not there. At this point I don't know if I'm going crazy or not, as I clearly remember playing your game and giving you some feedback (maybe I'm really going crazy). Anyways, the graphics are really cool and I love the fact that you can interact with a lot of things, cut the potatoes, fry them, being cautious not to overcook them. The concept of reselling your potential customers is really cool and fun, and I want to underline the quantity of interactions you can do, really impressive work. The background sound also fits very well with the comical mood of the game. As some comments pointed out, at the beginning it's a little bit confusing on how to do specific things, but it gets clear by just trying a few times. Overall a really cool game, with some polishing it could really come out an engaging and original product.

Again, well done and good luck with the jam (let me know if I already gave you some sort of feedback in any way I don't remember, I really think I'm going crazy .___. ), cheers! <3333

Hi, really cool game, played it for quite a long time and then I accidentally hit ctrl + w and the tab closed. Bruh I'm stoopid. The gameplay feels nice, and even tho at the beginning it's quite hard to deal with the monster having just two shots per mag, then it becomes more manageable. The "pets" are a very cool concept and they carry A LOT. Overall really nice graphics and cool shader going on on the water. As another comments said, you should definitely continue developing this further in the future.

Good luck with it, you did an amazing job! <333

Hi, just checked it out and left some feedback + rating :333

(Very cool sprite stack mechanism, love to see it)

Hi, I loved the light effect on this one. It created a very cool illusion as if there were very high and dark walls. I think the idea of exploring without knowing what's behind some walls is really cool, it keeps you more focused. Sometimes my melee attack didn't hit the enemies for some reason (I think there's a problem with the collider's shape maybe (?)), but it didn't happen quite often, so it's fine in the end. The music choice is really fitting, and all the sprites are very well done. I love that the player's sprite updates on each upgrade as you mentioned, it really makes you feel more powerful. Overall I really enjoyed playing it.

Good job and good luck with it! <3333
