Sell your game in more currencies!

Starting now you can sell your game in a handful of different currencies when using PayPal. All you need to do is head over to the user settings page and choose a currency.

The checkout flow will then use the currency you chose:

It’s recommended to set the currency on to match your PayPal account so you can receive money without having to open up a separate balance. PayPal will automatically handle conversion to your currency when someone buys your game.

Additionally, I’ve updated the FAQ with more information about the currencies and the recent addition of Amazon Payments.

Hi there. I know this is an old post, has this feature been depreciated? I cannot find the currency option on the settings page. I've checked Account Settings > Profile; Account Settings > Seller Settings; Account Settings > Payment Settings and nowhere can find the dropdown list for selecting a currency.

I don't know if I'm just blind in not finding it. Do you mind pointing out where it is more precisely?

Sorry for missing your comment.  Currency options are only available when you enable direct payments. For deferred payments we currently force USD, but the future plan is to pick the best currency for who is visiting the page and handle the conversion.

Ah, I see. Thanks for replying. My own apologies for not checking my mail for a good few days...

It's been 6 years since this post. Is the "future" plan coming soon? I really hope to set up EUR as the default currency while letting handle the rest. Thanks.
