Hi, i received donations from my game, also i already put my PayPal and my payout mode is "direct for you ", now i don't receive my money. How do I request my payment?
When requesting a payout manually, you need to request $5 or more, otherwise Itch won’t let you get the money (I assume it’s for transaction fees, but there can be numerous reasons).
I do not know if when you set the payments as “direct for you”, that minimum amount is also enforced, in which case money wouldn’t reach your account until there’s at least $5.

You didn’t have your account configured for “Direct to you” when the payments happened, you had the payouts mode enabled. The earnings were put on your account’s balance. Switched to “Direct to you” after a transaction has happened will have no effect on existing transactions.

Keep in mind that the earnings from a payment is only available to be requested in a payout 7 days after the purchase happened. So you may have to wait a few more days before you can claim what you earned from a recent payment.
