not sure if it's a bug or not but you gave the burger enemies WAY too much health in the hard mode version of the level, not to mention it's near impossible to avoid them due to how many there are, it takes over 8 missiles to take out a single one of them, and there are iteral DOZENS every second

Got it, I will be making a spoiler section soon that contains videos on how to beat hard mode levels.

Not a bug but how do I fire my blaster using WASD control? Using a mouse moves the UFO and first the blaster at the same time but I prefer the WASD movement.

Left arrow - machine gun

Down - bombs

Thanks for bringing this up, i noticed left arrow is not mentioned in the instructions screen.

There's a bug that I don't know the mechanics of. If you spend points on the Gunbots, then go into one of the submenus, you lose those points and the Gunbots are inactive. So you have to spend more points to get them in-level.

i don't know what happen but sometime some enemies (mostly small minions like burger, ghost, snowman,others)  become almost invincible, this can happen on almost any level regardless of difficulty.

I've just tried several levels of the latest version of the game and everything's working as they should. Which version are you using btw? And can you let me know which levels had the problem? Thanks for playing the game.

i used the browser version. but if you say that the way is intended then nothing i can say. i will add that on the level 7 hard sometime i hit a burger and my armor go to 800+ hit point.

I see, a lot of fixes were made since that version so you may find a few bugs here and there. I guess it's time to update the browser version  as well! Stay tuned.

After purchasing and downloading, the "Save" and "Load" options don't appear to work. I got up to the 4th stage, pressing "save" between each level, and after closing the game all progress was lost. When clicking both the "Save" and "Load" buttons on screen, there is the same noise a "doo-doo-doo-doo" (?) sound, which is different from the single "ding" that sounds when clicking most other icons on screen.  Everything else seems to be working, okay, but.... I'm not sure if I'm just not understanding something, or if this is an actual bug. Just thought I'd mention it anyway! Thanks! Keep up the great work!

Hmmm, I just tested it and it's working properly. I think maybe you must have pressed save while you've just loaded the game. This overwrites your progress earlier. A mistake like this will always happen especially since the game relies on reflexes so on the next version I will add more save slots and a load/new game option in the main menu. A new menu will be created for saving and loading to avoid sudden overwrites. I will also change the target save folder from the game's own folder into the user folder next time to make the saves more robust. Thank you for posting about this!

Enhancement: I just saw there are hints in https://itch.io/t/3603016/updates on how to unlock characters. I had no idea beating levels with/without droids makes a difference. It'd be great to have this info in-game. The locked girls could have a "(?)" circle or be greyed out with the hint being shown on hover or click. Or the circle could just say "lvl5 solo" "lvl8 team" etc. Or the missions screen could have icons next to mission points either to indicate solo/team or showing the unlocked girls' faces and when there are more girls available for that mission.

Enhancement: mark the bombs ui as "training safety" so people don't think controls are broken when they can't use them in training like I did initially.

Enhancement: On PC, it'd be great for usability if button areas would highlight when you mouse-over them and react again, when clicking.

Enhancement: The game is actually playable on phone to a degree. Shooting laser is impossible and shooting rockets/bombs nearly never registers. Buttons would have to be bigger and laser/rockets need a switch that works as if one was to hold down the shoot button. One issue on phone though is that "back" (swipe from right screen border to left on my device) navigates back rather than closing full-screen, making one lose progress easily.

Enhancement: It'd be cool to be able to see the no-music loading screen with the 3 sexy girls posing (not the UFO abduction title screen). Maybe a gallery in future games where you would also be able to re-watch scenes like the gorgeous post-win postcard. The same would be great for battle enemy sprites, since at least I can never appreciate their animations in the heat of battle.

Enhancement: Ability to full-screen at any moment or at least from all menus would be nice. As would be a in-battle pause screen.

Enhancement: mark previously used multiple-choice answers as unsuccessful/successful

Small issue: controls screen doesn't tell about Left Arrow shooting laser (poor left mouse buttons)

Small issue: if you make the game window narrow (<960px) on itch, it cuts off the game on left/right

Small issue: level2hard seems to have some weird intense knocking sound going on that clips the speakers (the enemies shooting all in sync)

Small issue: levl3hard solo leads to extreme audio overlaps if you let the enemies overtake. One solution would be to limit the times the same sound file may be played at the same time but this might require building a sound manager.

Bug: it looks like the game pulls multiple megabytes (likely 10-15) of unused music and image files from older titles that max out at 2.11 MB in individual size. If this is right, fixing this might require cleaning up the Construct project or perhaps it can be told some other way to not deliver these unused files. You can see the files by opening the dev tools, switching to the "Network" tab, reloading the page and starting the game, sorting the files by size. Strangely, the (as far as I can tell) unused audio files only show up in Firefox. The PNGs from previous titles show up in Chrome and Firefox there.

Bug: if you get shot down and press 'Finish' and let the animation finish, the 'Return to base' button does not work. You have to re-start one of the animations first. Both training and missions are affected.

Unsolicited idea: future games could include a cosmetics shop for furnishing the lovemaking den so you can bone the girls in more environments like the sky turtle rescue bed (could unlock around the time you max out your ship).

I think the game is very playable and love the style and audio. Maybe future new players or future games might benefit from some of the above, maybe just indirectly. (ヅ)
