Hello @leafo. I still have not received a response from support.

Same issue for me, I imagine you guys are working on a fix. But a little communications would go a long way here.

Payment received!

Itch left me waiting over 30 days and now today they've cancelled the payout and told me I'm no longer eligible for payouts by itch. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement.

Now all the payments that were awaiting payment for over 30 days have gone back to pending and now it says I have to wait 30 more days to request a payout.

At this point I DESPERATELY need this money. I have been waiting a very long time. 

This money pays my bills and my team members who have also been waiting. I can now not pay my bills or my team.

This Feels like a direct retaliation to my complaints. I have never broken any of their rules.

Itch, you seriously need to reconsider the way you treat developers in your site.
