Look for their feeds and see that this is probably the same guy trying to make it look like these accounts are normal and from different persons
In my experience, the itch.io team is pretty good at sorting out accusations of piracy, and they crack down on sock-puppeting. In fact I think it's being taken care of already.
Please really check it and you will understand that "RafaelMatos" is a thief, if you don't do this, you can simply accept that you are a distributor of stolen content.

The claim got me curious so I decided to check things out and look up the game 'Toxic Terror', which uses the tileset 'Toxic Sewer' as per its credits.

This is a screenshot from the allegedly infringing asset pack, Epic RPG World - Sewers.
Outside of a very superficial 'pixel sewer' relation, the two tilesets couldn't be anymore different in terms of style, shading and overall design. Unless I've mistakenly looked up the wrong game or misunderstand something, can you point to what's being stolen here?
You found the right game, but you haven't played it. It has a minigame where the developers used a different level design. Here is a screenshot from their mini game

I think that the thief simply changed some details such as the color of the sprites. I have already notified the Fascimania Team (the real developers of these assets), I think they are already working to stop this circus character from making money on Fascimania assets. I think he might have stolen assets from other games, so be careful.

Yeah, It's bothering me and it's hurting my productivity since he's spamming my comments sections too. I just wanted to mention again that I think he's this guy ( https://tinydexy.itch.io/ )that got reported(and banned) by me and other creators too because he was selling stolen assets and now he is being vindictive and trying to harm me doing the same but with false allegations. I already reported him as well. If Itch team could verify this quick I'd be very thankful.
Like Arekku said, every comment on one of your project pages has a little "Ban" button underneath. It only works on a per-project basis, but it might help until support can handle your report. I can't help with that, sorry. But I'm locking this topic now because it's going nowhere.
