I used a polygon collider. There is a function in unity called CreateMesh() that lets you generate a mesh from its vertices. Then I just move the vertices everytime a bullet hits it and regenerate the mesh. It is a really basic solution though for breakable walls, because sometimes it is pretty glichty.

Thanks for the good feed-back! With the controls you mean that you have to hold right mouse to shoot? And yeah the different audio pieces all have a diffrent volume, already noticed that when testing shooting around, but did not have the time to change that in the end.

Good graphics, apart from the tile glitching stuff. I also like the music. Just walking around and pressing E or Q is not really that fun, some more gameplay would have been nice.

I really love the idea of a 3d first-person platformer, because there are rarely games like this. I think no being able to adjust your jump in the air is the problem. First of all you cannot make anything fast-paced with that jumping style, because you have to wait till you reach the ground, which makes it boring. Second thing is that there is no way to implement precise movement over small platforms or bars or stuff like that. A mantling system would definitely add positively to the game, making it more interesting. Ignoring the size of the game, this UE stuff really looks fabulous, though.

Cool game, and interesting idea that fits the theme. The controls are somtimes a bit weird due to the gravity changing.

Really love the art and style of this game, and in the comic.

Cool game! I don't think it is too difficult, maybe more feed-back to the player on its health would have been nice.

Pretty cool idea, that fits the theme well. I just think the implementation lacks a bit of polishment. It also lacks a bit of complexity, making it quickly uninteresting. Maybe you could put the score more to the players attention, or smth else.

This jumping in this game is really difficult to handle. It does not feel like a challenge but more like trying over and over again until you randomly have the right inputs to make the jump. (700 mb is way too much!)

I like it, but I don't think this fits the theme at all. Also more visual feed-back for the player (maybe with colors) would have been nice. The audio is nice and it challenges your brain, of course!

Wow, finally a great game I can play with my kids!

Cool little game, even in 3d. The camera look is inverted which is pretty uncomfortable to play with.

I liked the free cheeseburger

Ah. I plugged in a keyboard and a controller, but that did not seem to work. Now I plugged in two controllers and it seems to work. I think having two different buttons for weapon pickup and release is a bit confusing (maybe I am just not playing enough controller games).

I think this is an amazing game. The graphics look really cool, like something drawn with a pencil. It is in general really atmospheric, also addicting. One thing that came to my eye, is that there is no mouse when you hover it over the toolbar at the top of the window.

The game looks good. It has smooth transitions, which look absolute fabulous. But I could not figure out how to play this together (no not because I have no friends).

Interesting game idea. But I don't think that I fully understand, because you can bascially place an endless amount of walls, blocking of all turrents. Some problems I found are that sometimes the game just resets to the main menu. The audio also becomes really weird when this happens, maybe it is played multiple times? Also, the movement is really hard to control, espacially with this flying thing all the time around you. You also get stuck on walls sometimes.

The levels seem random generated, which is pretty cool. The player looks really cute, I like his animation.

I think this game is really addicting. The music, wanting to get a higher sore (I got only 440). The graphics look good, the theme is fit. Overall a pretty good game, just a bit repetetive after a while.

It is a very simple, fun game. Like you already stated it does not fit into the theme. I like that there is audio, but it would be better if it was played automatically. Keep on learning !

Hey thank you, a tutorial is provided on the itch.io website. I'll look into your game!

I get glitched out of the level everytime I try to start the game :( The pause menu also does not seem to work. Really would have liked to try it. Any tips?

Interesting game! Cool graphics, visual effects and music. I found it was a bit hard to get into the controls and some more player feedback would have been nice to tell the player if something hit him or he hit something.

Pretty cool game, I really like the graphics and expolsion effects. The audio just sounds a bit "f*d up" when there are many elements on the screen.

I like the bullet hell aspect to this and placing the items that help you is also pretty nifty. It is simple and kind of addicting. Just some kind of goal to keep playing would have been cool. Cool game!

Cool sound design and creative idea with the colors. The voice is kinda cool and I like the visual effects and the feel of the player movement. Just a bit hard.

I can agree to everything that has been set on this thread already. It's a great game, especially the graphics (kinda reminding me of Limbo) and music. Very atmospheric, also. The story is amazingly integrated into the environment, but the player mechanic is not. Maybe some sort of puzzles were you need to use it would have been nice. But I guess it's a game jam. Well done!

yeah when doing this I thought "That women is gonna jump around with a literal baby carriage". That seemed weird to me so I thought of making her muscular. Its just a minor part of the game so who cares. I get what your criticizing

Glad you liked my game! I agree with you. The movement could have been a bit improved. I also think I could have placed more checkpoints or make it more clear that there actually were checkpoints. The grappling hook was actually thought of to directly push you against a wall, but making it a bit more dependant on physics probably would have been nicer.

Thanks for playing my game! Simply find the direction from the player to the mouse and move the player along it with some speed. It is not great because its not actually using physics, but for a jam it works.

Thanks for the feedback! Why were the dialogues not that great? How can I improve them?

I like this game with its fast paced strategy concept. I found the levels were getting a bit repetitive. The fact that they are long and hard made me lose motivation quickly. (I was also missing a bit of GUI.) What I liked was how the other characters made this game interesting. I wanted to now what they can do. The graphics are nice and you got some music in it and naming your character is also cool. Really a great and amazing game.

Cool little game you got there. Waiting for the camera to move again is a bit annoying like others already mentioned and I found it a bit too simple. But great audio work you have done here and its fitting the theme of course! Great Game!

I think I see a really enjoyable concept here. But like others already mentioned: the game is really unclear even with a tutorial. I really like the hover sound for the buttons and the graphics are simple and nice.

Cool concept. _Especially the abilitiy to resize yourself. Amazing game!

Great game and interesting and challenging level design. The characters move a bit slow in my opinion. But I had fun!

I really enjoyed the movement and animations in this one. Like others already mentioned it has some bugs. I was walking in a bit of an angle the whole time and got glitched into the floor. But I really like the conept of placing flowers to help you. I also enjoyed the dialogue boxes. Well done!

Really cool game and challenging, great feeling controls. Quite hard and a little repetitive but I had fun. Well done!
