Thank you so much!!! A lot of love was put into the artwork : ) Glad that people are still finding our little game!

Thank you so much for playing! :) We're both glad you liked it!

Really cute magical girl design! The animations were well done too, in particular the duck/crouch animation felt very satisfying. The sound effects were also timed very well and made the punches feel like they had some power behind them. Good job!

Exceptional graphics and great optimization on the build too. The gameplay was a bit unwieldy, however, the animations and controls were very responsive. Good job!

Wonderful story and cutscenes! The animations were also charming and economic. I'm not particularly good at these types of games, so I wasn't able to reach the end, but the gameplay was solid for the genre.

Thank you so much! :))

Really great world you all built in such a short time! Loved the style of the character portraits and it really made them come alive to be both animated and voiced. The delivery concept for the game is also a lot of fun. Great job!

Really clean and great looking art assets, the ui is so well made! Those animations too during combat came out so nicely as well, makes it a lot of fun to watch the combat encounters play out. The game plays really well too, not a glitch in sight on our play through. Great job making such a nicely polished game :)

Interesting idea for a game, it's nice to play a more contemplative mech game in between the action ones. You told a very nice story with such a short game, good job!

Really awesome job, it felt like a full game experience! It was great that you got to pick your pilot and how it changed your mech color and initial weapon, made you feel more attached to your mech since you picked the pilot yourself :) It was fun too being able to try out different weapons so it made each level play slightly differently based on what weapon you had. The boss fights were fun, the bullet spray pattern of the last boss made it feel like a pretty intense fight which was a good end to the game. Art was really well done as well! Overall a great game, good job! :D

Really nice opening cinematic, and loved the "injecting sleepjuice" message. You did some nice world building for Green Corp with the design of the game and the messages that popped :)

Thank you for your comments about the artwork! :))))) Thanks for the feedback too, definitely realized after other people played the difficulty was a bit too hard and the animations hard to focus on with the buttons for the notes being all the way to the left😅 Possibly next time we ever make a rhythm game we'll put the buttons on the bottom in the center of the screen and that may make it a bit easier to see the animations! Thank you so much again for your comments and for playing, we all appreciate it! :D

Thank you so much! :DD

Thank you! It was a lot of long days of animating and coloring between the two of us, it felt like working in an anime studio!

Thank you for your feedback too! I definitely wanted everyone to see all the animations we worked so hard on so I'm glad you appreciated the no fail state. I (the programmer) realized a bit too late that I had made the stages too hard >.> I play a lot of rythmn games and when I played this game while making it I was afraid it was too easy, but then found out everyone of our friends who played it said it was too hard. I'll definitely keep it in mind to have more beta testers while making beatmaps and not just when the game is finished. Thank you again for your nice comments and for playing it! :))

Thank you so much, especially for the comparison to Trigger! (Programmer here) You are right that sometimes the timing/rhythm is off, I noticed it happened sometimes if levels loaded slightly too slowly the notes would start scrolling at a slightly wrong tempo/not at the same start time as the music. It seemed random when it was happening so I couldn't pinpoint a fix for it before the jam ended. Thank you for playing it even with that issue though :)

Thank you!! :DD

Thank you so much! It's easy to come up with character ideas for your jams because they are such great themes. Thanks for hosting, we can't wait for the next mech/kaiju jam! :)

Thank you so much for playing till the end! :D I'm glad you think it's the perfect length, we wanted to keep it short in the hopes that people who play would get to see all the animations/stages ^_^

Great art direction and the robots were all very cute and well thought out little characters. Awesome to see such a well made point and click game :)

Really well crafted game! From the cutscene to the gameplay you could tell you put a lot of care into it. It was relaxing to go around cleaning things up and petting the animals. Even if it's not necessary to complete the game, cleaning up some of the green trails left behind too was fun! The green trails that the infected animals leave behind was a great choice gameplay wise, I never got frustrated when I was looking for infected animals because I knew I just had to look for green on the ground. Had such a good time playing that I couldn't stop until I completed each area :) Great job!

Thank you so much for your comment, we really appreciate it! and thank you for recording a playthrough of it, it really makes us happy to see people play our little game :) We do plan to come back to it at some point, if anything look for an update around Halloween! Thank you for the input as well, we will keep that in in mind for the update :D

Great job on the kaiju model! The textures came out really nice and the animation was good too! It was fun to knock down the buildings, the physics worked pretty nicely :)

Very well polished experience! The sprites were nice and the game controlled well, also the changing bullet patterns were well done and kept me on my toes! Great job!

Thank you for your comment! There definitely were more things we wanted to add for this one, but because we ended up spending the majority of our time learning how to rig and animate characters, we ran out of implementation time for most of our story based things we had planned! We want to try and do a small update to get more story based/more quest type things in in the summer :)

Thank you for such a sweet comment! :))) we both really appreciate it!

There definitely was a lot of stuff we wanted to do with this that didn't make it in in the end, unless we get caught up in another jam we want to hopefully do a small update for the game over the summer!

Thank you so much for playing it!! It was fun to watch someone else play it! :D

Extremely well polished experience. The art combined with the lighting and sound created a great ambience. The gravity/movement system worked very well and the controls felt really nice. Interesting idea for the kaiju too! Overall really great game :)

Nice twist on the typical kaiju theme!  Storybook cut scenes and music were both really effective and enhanced the experience a lot. Good job!

Visuals were great, love that the enemies are little flying tempuras! Controlled well, felt good to destroy buildings or enemies. Even dying didn't feel bad because you get to see that well made game over screen! Nice job :D

Great/creative art! The environment was really pretty and very effective, also the controls were really responsive. The game reminded us of yoshi's crafted world or paper mario. You both crafted a nice world :) Good job!

Really fun idea, the models are good and the kaiju portraits on the phone were great to look at :) Having the date be in a destroyed city was a nice touc!

Great presentation! The sprites were really nicely done, and the music went well with it. The building fixing animation is very nice too. Good job!

Thank you!! Glad you thought so :D

Thank you we really appreciate it! After the jam voting ends we may try to tinker around with it a bit more :)

Thank you so much! :DDD

Thank you so much! Glad to hear you thought it was relaxing :) it was our first time doing 3d character models so that compliment means a lot to us!
(and he was based off Ultraman :D )

Thank you so much! Glad you thought the dialoguewas hilarious, it's always hard to tell whether the dialogue is good when you are writing it :) Thank you for your comment and for playing! :D

Thank you so much! We're glad the art and dialogue all came together and you enjoyed it :DD We will work hard to make a great full version! Thank you again for your nice comments and taking the time to play :)

Really great looking game! Both the character models and environment models were stylized nicely, and the animation for crawling through the fence was great :) Lighting was also done well, created a really good mood in the game. Good job!

Thank you so much! And thank you for taking the time to read all the gravestones :) I definitely agree! I'm new to coding so I couldn't figure it out in time for the jam but I will definitely update the game to work mainly with the keyboard and not the mouse click :) Thank you again for playing and taking the time to comment! :D
