Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I guess I went a bit overboard on particles for a jam gam where I wasn't able to implement settings to decrease them at the same time, causing fps issues for some. Could you explain what specific issues you encountered with the controls? This is the first time I'm hearing about control issues so I'm not aware of any yet.

Lots of games implemented a similar concept in this jam. Little additions like the dice visualisation, 2 slide push and dickie being a character that pushes the die instead of moving it directly were smart moves to make this stand out of the crowd with a little more complexity and charming presentation. Good job!

Oh wow these really are very similar concepts between our games. I like playing these the most this jam as you can see the small differences taking them into different directions. I like how yours leans more into strategy. The 2d art in combination with the layout visualisation to the left was a smart decision. Having not that much room to avoid enemies makes you reall plan out your next moves. Good job!

I've seen a similiar concept to yours a few times this jam, but none have executed it this well I feel like. The added limitation through the tree nodes makes this idea a lot more complex and engaging, which is something the other games lack. Really smart decision. Good job!

First racing game I've seen in this jam. And what a blast it was! The bouncy physics were a bit chaotic which actually just added to the fun. Very interesting idea being able to buy properties and gain advantages in the next lap. Good job!

This looked immediately interesting to me as it looked similar to my own game idea. After playing it I can say that it did not disappoint at all. Loved seeing a different take on a similar concept. Very fun game that fits directly into the type of game I like. High replayability factor and exciting visuals. Good job!

Very unique visuals. Loved seeing another take on building your own dice which I also used in my game idea. Overall very fun experience with incredible strategic depth. Good job!

Really interesting mechanic having to risk leaving dice on the field in order to receive rewards. Paired with some solid polished looks and audio this was a really fun experience. Good job!

High intensity gameplay with really fun flashy animations. Would love to see where you would take this even further with some more time after the jam. Good job!

Fun little experience. Would love to see where you would take this given more time after the jam. Good job!

Very unique mechanics making for an interesting new platformer experience. The vibrant colors are a perfect fit and add to the fun. Good job!

Really challenging but very engaging puzzles. Loved the use of sound and visuals to create a unique atmosphere. I also would have liked an undo button to make missteps less punishing but not a deal breaker. Overall good job!

Oh wow. First I just got a lot of room turns and speed ups in a row and I thought this wasn't too hard. But once the input changes started coming my head  really strted turning. Fun twist that adds an interesting challenge to an absolute classic. Good job!

Crazy amount of work done for the limited time, and beautiful art. Good job to the whole team!

Superb presentation and snappy movement that just feels super exciting. Amazing how polished this turned out in the short amount of jam time. Replayability guaranteed. Good job!

The audio dimming actually happens whenever you stop moving and not only in the menu screens. Yeah, I also added a last minute mute button as I could see how it might be too overpowering to some, but as you've said more precise controls did end up on the backburner. I do plan on uploading a post-jam version though. Thanks for the feedback!

Totally get what you mean. A kind of blend between fast-paced gameplay and slowed down turn based movement in sticky situtations was what I was going for. I also agree on all the other suggestions and have some ideas how to implement solutions in a post-jam version. Thanks for the feedback!

There is a actually a health bar on top of the character, but I could see how that might get lost inbetween all the particles. :D

Fun little puzzle game with a really unique game mechanic going along with the theme. Good Job!

Wow, really fun take and especially presentation on this kind of puzzle idea. Really loved the charm added by simply placing characters on the dice. Would loved to play more levels of it. Good Job!

Moving the die was done by calculating the point of rotation at the edge of a cube and then using that point in the RotateAround() method in Unity. The terrain is just randomly spawned cubes with the distance being multiplied by itself from a certain point away from the player, creating that sort of "scrolling effect" at the edges of the screen.

Unique take on the theme. Very fun little game to kill some down time. Good Job!

Really fun game. Just rolling around and knocking stuff over was absolutely enjoyable because of some fun physics. Good Job!

Wow, this definitely wins with its visuals. Absolutely gorgeous effects with cute and charming characters. Combined with all the little text quips this felt really thought out. Good Job!

I saw this in the screenshots tab and it looked immediately interesting to me as it is really close to my own game idea. Loved to see your take on it. Such a shame you don't have that many reviews yet. Usually people don't like to download games and prefer a browser build. Though, this game feels so polished and enjoyable that it's definitely worth the small extra effort. Good Job!

This looked interesting to me as it is the closest game to my own idea I have seen so far. Interesting to see it implemented in the puzzle genre and seeing your take on it. Really enjoyed it. Good Job!

Thanks, glad you liked it! :) Yes I definitely plan on working on this a bit more, as there were a few ideas I wasn't able to implement in the time frame.

Fun little game. The physics made it a bit more challenging than I would have liked but overall good Job!

As if the original board game wasn't punishing enough :D Fun little experience, very chaotic! Nice Job!

Fun little experience. Loved the player character who I found quite charming with his little 8Ball following him around :)  Good Job!

Oh wow that is some impressive art! Fun little game. Good Job!

Very elaborate level design with some solid visuals. Switching control over the dice was sometimes a bit tedious to scroll through all of them to get to the right one but overall good job!

Loved the physics part having to build up and keep my momentum. I fear the camera man had a few too many glasses at the bar though ;) Good Job!

Lovely game with a relaxed vibe. Silly me was looking for the jump mechanic until I remembered I could switch control over the dice and move the bridge along :D Nice puzzles!

Loved the art! And the music is a real toe tapper. Fun little game. Good Job!

Loved it! Snappy movement and really polished look. I was a bit confused at first as I expected "normal" arrangement of the numbers, as usually the opposite sides add up to 7 but after getting familiar with the layout I had a nice experience. Good Job!

Yeah I agree I would have liked to have some more special attacks for further strategies, maybe in the future. Although, I felt after reaching some higher levels, taking note of the enemies special attack and dodging accordingly gave way to some interesting options in order to advance further.

Seems to be stuck on the loading screen for me...

Fun little joke asking you to do increasingly more ridiculous things while your time is ticking down. Good job.

I was wondering whether to include those. Ultimately decided against them and make it a bit more guesswork but I can see the need for them. Thanks for the feedback.
