No worries at all, a jam is about getting together to make a game whilst having fun at the end of the day.
Hope you guys continue with this idea and project tho!

First thing i did was fall off the map lol
I wasn't able to find the goal, quite a few jumps are made blind and without direction and the wall jump can feel janky.
The artwork shows a lot of promise however, having a cool idea and not enough time to finish it in a jam has happened to me a couple times, but with some cleaning up and refinement of the idea, you could have a really cool game!
A very charming and beautiful looking game with a fun premise. I especially like the goofy character designs such as the fish person and the sun balloon.
For the gameplay, playing on mouse and keyboard made the game hard to control at time, with the 45 degree snapping of WASD causing me to lose quite often. Due to this, I gave up on the pacing fish level (the mirror also stopped rotating after a few attempts)
My favourite mechanic was the sun balloon, as it caused a frantic rush to pick up items before looking back at the customer.
Overall, a really polished looking game with good audio, music and visual design.
A very fun game that nails the N64 style, the sound, visuals and gameplay all fit together and within the theme extremely well, and the twist with the goggles was unexpected and a fun mechanic to play with.
After completing it, the one downside I found amongst all the really good additions was that fighting the enemies isn't the most engaging, but that's only a nitpick against a very solid game!
Although short, this game really nailed the N64 style with its textures, models, animations and sound design. I particularly liked the uneasy feeling created by dark labyrinth, the walk animation with the character feeling ahead of themselves in the darkness whilst limping forward and the uneasy music, which often leaves gaps in-between each of its sections.
With the game being narratively driven, I can definitely see how future development could flesh out the story and go into much more detail, but at its current length, I managed to speedrun it in under a minute (although when initially playing it and reading the dialog, it did take more time).
Overall, a solid entry with a really nice style and good atmosphere!
A nice, simple yet effective, game with a solid gameplay loop and solid sound design. The gameplay has some potential to be extended with some rogue-lite elements in future imo.
The controls were easy to use (played on mouse and keyboard), The character designs and simple lighting work well for a N64 feel, although the trees and some spider-ghosts fell a little bit outside of that style.
I really liked the inclusion of the NPC at the start to explain the premise to the player, its inclusion helped massively with the immersion!
I only managed to find 4 out of the 5 ghosts by the start of layer 30, where a spider proceeded to maul me on arrival, but I may have missed it after filming spiders for 10 layers straight.
One design note is the distance gauge, I felt like it was giving too much information, making it too easy to know when i needed to start looking out for ghosts, a system that gives a more indirect reading, like an EMF reading or something similar could have added a lot more suspense, but overall, a really cool game!
Thanks, the SFX were made using this neat little website: https://sfxr.me/
A fun (and strangely lighthearted for murdering villages) twist on the theme, the gameplay of searching for the right clothing each day and memorising where to go to find the villager / location. One improvement could be the detection system, as you can easily run by most of the npcs.
Overall a fun experience, well done!
