This brought me back to the old games like Full Throttle. Had some fun trying to figure out the puzzles going on. Beautiful visuals.
The art and sounds create a stunning atmosphere. It looks absolutely perfect. The gameplay was not really intuitive for me to figure out, but I guess this is a given in these types of games. I couldn't get all the endings.

The good:
As everyone stated the art was really nice. The puzzle was not so intuitive for me to figure out, but I think the idea of how to figure out the stuff was good. I don't think I still understand how to pick out the organ. But maybe that's a me problem and not the game.
The bad:
The controls were quite frustrating. Sometimes I would accidently take the wrong organ and have to start over and grab the book again. My suggestions for that would be to make the hit boxes more accurate. Also making it so that if the player already has the book, they don't have to get it again.
Same thing when you have already found 1 body, it wasn't fun having to go through the steps.
Another thing is that going back to the lab table from the body view was difficult. The instinct I had was to click on the bottom right since the lab should be that direction based on how the game transitions have been. Unfortunately getting the click to the lab doesn't always register and I am clicking several times to get to it. My suggestion there is to add a designated button or area for the navigation.
Overall:
I think it was a cool concept, you implemented the theme well. The controls killed the enjoyment for me unfortunately but those are easy fixes so I expect this would be a fun one after those are addressed.
As others have said, the visuals are amazing! Had fun playing this one, nice work!
Love the artstyle and the theming around this game, it's amazingly done. I never managed to get an ending other than "it did not work", I'm not too sure how to put the elements together to be successful, but that may just be me.
Overall a really nice project, good job!
Yes the clues are subtle and it is not explained exactly what to do (in the middle between a good and a bad design choice) perhaps I could add some dialogue hint

the drawings on the necronomicon are important but as you can see from the instruction sheet the drawings are not in the right order. What allows you to perform the first ritual (there are 6 bodies) is to remove the right organ (see second page of the necronomicon) and insert the right object (see first page of the necronomicon)Absolutely astounding visuals! Really athmospheric game with a lot of really interesting ideas and an absolutely astonishing visual style, both in the hand drawn texture and in the art style itself, A truly amazing game
