I'm not sure why. the plug needs to be right next to the outlet. then it should plug in when you let go of the plug.

you have to attach it to the box like you would with the hash code report. And all you have to do is press the loan button on the right of the screen when looking at a sheet of paper and it will auto fill everything and then you just select which plan you want by choosing the corresponding letter and typing it after the colon at the botttom of the form. You can only do the default loans and i don't think you can edit the form at all except for adding the plan you want unless that has changed.
I've noticed a lot of the time if this happens you can have a sleeping bag on the tower that you can sleep in. I don't know what was causing the paranoia but i've seen certain things that appear super late in game and one of them is right around day 50 i believe. If all else fails i would try looking around for whatever is making him paranoid.
i've never had problems with calall, what exactly is happening when you input that? A lot of the fences can be climbed by double tapping jump while in midair and facing the fence, but the ones on the border are only able to be jumped in certain spots. There is a hole in the metal grate on the "dam" that blocks the river on either side of the map. you can easily get out of the main area by going through those holes and Kerfus can even come with if you want. lol
Noticed in the tutorial selling your upgrades on the computer puts everything to max and allows you to sell the fully upgraded versions. Not possible in the main story as far as i can tell so not a huge deal and i know the tutorial is full of secret stuff so this could just be on purpose for an easter egg or something but i figured i'd post about it.
Loving the new visible player model for kel. I've always been a fan of seeing my feet when i look down, although seeing my own face when i look up is new. Lol also the new door mechanics are great. The fridge door especially was always a pain in the ass but not anymore. And the Velma setting is interesting... very cool idea and i'm going to continue playing on it with tripping on props because why not. lol I also really like the color dither setting as setting it lower looks almost like an old recorded video. I've only played a bit and it's been good so far.
The game literally tells you how to do this. If you get a number higher than 10 then you would just put the number in the ones place as your answer, so 11 would be 1 and 12 would be 2, so on and so forth. you will never have a negative either because regardless of what the math says you always take the bigger number minus the smaller one.
The floating can is because the can was "inside" basket. the plastic baskets have a weird trait that you can put things into them and then pick the basket up and the items will become "attached" to the basket. The same happened to me with a piece of paper. I took the basket and scooped the paper with the basket and it unfroze it. As for the falling through the map. That part of the base hasn't had any collision for a while. i think it's just meant to be a teaser for something to come or just an easter egg to people who are really looking around the base. And you can climb out of there (and a lot of other places) by double tapping space against the wall while already jumping, this causes you to climb over obstacles like that area and fences.
