The witch broom was in the game for Halloween i think. Try setting the date on your pc to Halloween, maybe? And that's a big maybe. I think the Halloween stuff was on the version before the last so it might not work correctly. I'm not sure if changing the date even will make it work because I'm pretty sure the game is connected to the internet in some way because of the patreon lists in the game. Maybe turning off the internet and setting the date to Halloween might work, but again I'm really not sure. I don't know how you just randomly unlocked it because you're supposed to unlock it and a few other Halloween items in the store after completing the Halloween mode that was in the game like 7 months ago. Lol
